Hands-down the best experience I've ever had boarding my two cats. From the start when we were able to see Tami introduce the cats to their kennel and to the store wall-o-fun, they seemed to be in good hands. Tami was super responsive by email and even sent photos upon request--good communication meant I didn't worry about them and was even able to extend my reservation when things didn't go as planned. Funniest part is that they got better exercise there than at home --when we picked them, they looked a little more svelte. I recommend KH super highly!

They take such great care of our cat when we board her and have boarded her a few times now. We wholeheartedly trust them. The facility is very clean, which is a huge plus. Marissa and Tami are very nice over email & in person. They send us a photo, or two, upon request when we're really missing our cat (which other places in the area refuse to do). We plan to only use Kitty Hotel from here on out! Thank you so much Tami & Marissa.

We just tried out The Kitty Hotel. I hate having to leave our indoor/outdoor cat in kennels when we travel but it is just not safe for him to be outside all the time. The Kitty Hotel is AMAZING! You can tell the staff loves what they do and cares for each individual cat and their needs. The cages are way bigger than Wagly was. The best part, there are only cats. We ended up only being gone for 10 days vs 11. I was okay paying for the extra day we reserved but I wasn’t charged. In fact, I was only charged 9 days. Not sure how that works, maybe pick up and drop off days are 1?, well they are amazing.

The staff is lovely. The facility is spotlessly clean. Immaculate is a good way to describe it. There was no smell despite the number of cats. And, no dogs! Marissa was well versed in handling the cats as a former vet tech. That made me feel great about my cats needing oral meds.

We left our 2 cats for a week of spring break. We usually have catsitters coming to visit them at home when we are away, but we have a construction at home so it was not safe. I was a bit nervous and asked Tami and Marissa many questions before boarding . We got a big kennel for them to stay together. During the stay I asked for the updates about cat's stay ( the first day and 2 days after) and got prompt reply.

We were concerned leaving our cat for a 2 week vacation, as he's very attached to me. We didn't have good success leaving our cat at home with someone to stop by to feed/change the litter, so we evaluated a number of boarding options and decided the Kitty Hotel was best. We visited the facility before hand, and we found them to be very transparent, professional, organized, experienced. I like the attention to detail, the focus on cats, the cleanliness, and mainly the people looking after our cat. Upon picking up our cat, he was definitely vocal, but he's always that we after a long period away from us, and he looked very healthy, and after 8 hours of readjusting, he's doing great back home with us, so we know that Kitty Hotel took good care just as they promised. Definitely put our minds at ease.

Second time leaving our cat here, awesome place for your cats! It is extremely clean, you can leave and pick up your cat right near their kennel. Folks working at The Kitty Hotel are extremely pleasant, responsive, and caring about cats.
