Support small, local businesses - this place is AMAZING! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I was offered samples to try when my kitty wouldn’t eat, and now I’m switching my dog to a healthier meal plan after learning more about how her current diet isn’t the best for her. This is also a must stop for my out of town mom when she visits, so she can bulk up on her dog’s favorites treats! I love it, and you can tell that they really care and want what’s best for your pets.

This place is awesome! My shepherd has some pretty bad skin allergies, they recommended a spray that I swear is liquid gold!! Very cool people who just pets to be happy and healthy

LOVE this store. Amazing advice and guidance by the owner. He listened to my concerns and recommended a great meal plan for my boxer! He loves his food, his coat is thicker and shiny and he's getting back in shape. I will always come here for my dog's needs. Really good variety in food and treats! Happy doggie over here!!

We went in and asked for food and supplement recommendations for an elderly dog with cancer. We fed him pretty much everything they suggested and also had him sleep on a grounding/earthing mat and he went into remission before his scheduled surgery! The vets call him a miracle dog since his cancer disappeared on its own. It was costly to buy all his special foods and supplements but much cheaper, safer, and healthier than a surgery!!! Happy healthy dog now. Vet is very impressed with his health at his age. This pet store knows what they are talking about!!!!!!

My 10 year old Doxie was declining fast after having a bladder stone removal surgery. The vet put her on a diet of prescription food. I went into the healthy pet house to buy some greens and ended up talking to the owner about my girl. He told me about how those prescription foods have zero nutrients. I did a little independent research. The next day I went back and bought the limited ingredient food the owner suggested and we have never looked back. My girl is happy and healthy. She is bright eyed and full of doxie mischief at 12. Thank you all at the Healthy Pet House. You saved my Molly!

Everything your dog could ever want. Lots and lots of treats, toys, leashes, harnesses, dog foods including a raw food section, grain-free items, etc. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the cashier gave us a punchcard for rewards at the Maplewood Christmas Tree Walk, which no other business had shared with us despite having gone in several and even made purchases. I talked with another employee about some of the unusual items, like dehydrated quail feet!

Little pet store has it a lot of stuff and the staff is very knowledgeable. They know a lot about different dog foods and pet related things.
They also have very knowledgeable groomer in the back.

I took my dogs there two more times after they changed ownership, and my dogs always had issues after every groom. The first time, one of my dogs had an eye hemorrhage. The second time, we picked them up, and they had poop on their legs. We had to give them showers again, and one of my dog’s eyes was irritated.
