My mom spent over 5 months at the Hamlet. First in the rehab unit as she tried to recover from a fall at another local facility and then as a resident until she passed. Our family wanted to acknowledge the amazing care given by her team on the 100E unit. My dad and our family want especially to recognize the amazing Jenn S. Without her kindness, compassion and knowledge our stay could have been very different. In addition, my moms caregivers Jenna , Aisha and Nurse Irma also exhibited and practiced the same caring attitude and professionalism. Her night nurses and staff were equally compassionate and caring. And Mary - from housekeeping was always there to support my Dad!
All facilities have their drawbacks. My mom having stayed in a number of local facilities over the years for short term rehab, we were happy to have found a place that gave her and our family a group of angels to help ease her into her end of life. If your loved one is cared for by these women, you will be in good hands. Thanks.

Went there the 1st time and the whole staff was amazing. We met the Social Worker and Financial Advisor and helped us as well as answered all our questions. We met the nurses and maintenance workers that help to assist my brother-in-law in his needs to make him feel comfortable.

The staff here honestly make this top tier Healthcare center a 5 🌟 review. My mother in law has been in the rehabilitation center a few times and each time she leaves stronger and healthier. The activities director Tom keeps everyone happy and sharp, his entire demeanor is kind and professional. The social workers actually help you, they are well versed in patient care while still being warm and welcoming. Now the physical therapy staff, they go above and beyond. They appear excited and hopeful for your loved ones to reach, if not supercede their goals. You can tell that they have a plan and it is catered specifically to their patient. The entire nursing staff act more like family, but the family you like. Always there, always helping, keeping patient care and dignity at the forefront. The overall building is beautiful, open and airy, very clean and easy to navigate. Seems patients are encouraged to move about and interact with everyone. I felt very confident with my MIL there, that she would get the care she needed with the dignity she deserves. If you have to choose, I would highly recommend this facility.

The most stunning rehab I've ever seen. The lobby looks like a hotel. The facility so clean, it didn't smell like a nursing home. It was bright & alive. No dreariness. I kidded with my friend that I almost wanted to check-in! I was very impressed.

My elderly mom went to the Hamlet for rehab after recovering from the flu. Everyone that will help her came in to her lovely room to get to know her issues and to treat her in the best way possible. I feel very pleased with the amount of care she will receive.

My husband has been here since the beginning of December. When we came first came in, the staff was at the door waiting for my husbands arrival and I was very impressed.

We were greeted by Sophia the Unit Manager and Samantha the concierge, they greeted us with warmth and understanding. Colin has been a great addition to the team.

Tiffany, Assistance Administrator is a constant visitor to my husband’s room to make sure everything is good.

Ozobia the social work director was very helpful and made sure my husband went home with all resources needed to be safe at home.

The CNA’s are very caring and treat you with a lot of respect and kindness. Mel, Charlene, and Homicia have been outstanding.

Nicola and the other nurses on the unit have also been outstanding.

Crystal from the kitchen is dedicated and very kind to all of the people she speaks to.

Dan and Karyn from PT and OT are excellent therapists and have really worked my husband hard to get him to where he is.

Cheryl the housekeeper works very hard to keep the rooms spotless.

I made a wonderful decision and would recommend The Hamlet to anyone inquiring.

I was treated well. Mel, Charlene, Ed and nurse Nicola were the best. I cannot remember the names of the wonderful gym staff but I remember their faces. They treated me well and was fun to be with them. I never had a boring moment at the Hamlet. Thanks for the memories.
