I scheduled a grooming appt for my husky 3 weeks in advance, but was told via text about a half hour before the appointment time that the appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled. I agreed to a day the following week to reschedule, but I never received a response about a time or confirmation. A month later, there was no communication. I asked for a refund for the $65 deposit I paid to reserve the appointment time, but I have not received any response on that either.

I’ve been going here for years, and this is the best groomer in the area. For context my dog is a poodle mix and goes to the groomers every 3 months. He has had not so great experiences at groomers in past, but he is always happy to go here. He comes out looking great and happy which is all I could ask for. Grateful Dog will take care of your loves.

I took my 4 yr old Lab/Weimaraner dog, Maize, to this groomer. First time customer. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and felt very comfortable dropping my dog off for her day at the 'spa'. Rebecca was courteous, prompt and handled my dog with care. The pic says it all. Overall, the experience was positive and I do plan to return for future grooming.

Stopped by after 4pm on a Friday to get my father's dog a nail trim. Dog wasn't to receptive to getting his nails trimmed. Female groomer was calm and efficient. 5 minutes later I was out the door.

My puppy has been coming here for her grooming appointments for a couple months now. They do such a great job and keep my pup calm! She’s always happy to go back. I just wish their scheduling system was more accurate and their website to schedule wasn’t always down. Also when you call to get an appointment it’s super hard. I’ve been waiting over a month and have another month to go before her appointment date. Always schedule everything a year in advance.
