I was worried about getting my puppy in before she got too old because I wanted her & the one grooming her to not have a traumatic experience.
I never had a type of dog that had to be groomed & was unsure what to expect. They were super friendly and helpful to get my girl on in even though they were booked through Christmas. They did a great job on my doodle puppy Libby. Super happy with my overall experience and the cut they did.

I have 5 shih tzu's and they always do a great job ? Even with my stubborn one ? These ladies are always friendly,understanding and timely appointment times. Even available in emergency too?‍♀️?

Would give a -5 if I could. My dog has bad allergies, food and outside grasses and trees. I make all of his food and treats. He was not fed any of his food or given any of his medicine, so I'm not sure if he was even fed, and if he was he was allergic to it. Each was pre measured and packaged to make it as easy as possible for them but they didn't give him any of it. Thank goodness we were only gone one night or the poor Bailey would be miserable if any longer. They will get a bill from the vet. if he needs a shot to get back on track. Terrible place, I think they shoved him in a kennel and forgot about him. All I did was pay money to make my dog miserable.

I had such a great experience here and so did my Charlie girl!! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, affordable and well worth it. She went in for a shave and a bath and they did fantastic with her ?
