I am beyond grateful to have found Complete Pet Animal Hospital. Dr. Cruz is not only an incredible doctor but also a truly lovely human being. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my baby was in the best hands possible. The entire team treated my fur baby with the same care and love that I do, which brought me so much comfort during a stressful time.

My boy Bill even got a lovely pink tennis ball for being such a good patient today, which really made him happy. It feels like visiting family every time we come to this hospital, and I’m honored to have found such a compassionate and skilled clinic. I cannot recommend enough that you bring your fur babies here. Dr. Cruz and her team are simply the best!

My two pups, Lily and Daisy Mae, are regulars, and Daisy, let's just say, presents a unique challenge. She's not exactly thrilled with vet visits, but she loves how the entire team at Complete Pet Animal Hospital handles her with such patience and skill that even dreaded nail trims and shots go surprisingly smoothly. Their ability to manage Daisy's spirited personality is truly remarkable – a testament to their expertise and genuine love for animals.

I was recommended by a friend to drive over here from Mesa because it is under new ownership. My friend told me it is amazing now and I was not disappointed by my visit. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. I had all 4 of my kids with me also and they wouldn’t stop talking about how nice the office was and the staff was so great with them. I have never seen my dog, Luna, so comfortable and relaxed at the vet. I figured with new ownership the prices might be on the high end, but I think the bill was the lowest I’ve ever had from a veterinary visit.

We will definitely be back with our other two dogs, this is our new home vet!

We took our new Corgi puppy here on Thursday. The staff were amazing. Monica at the front dest was very helpful in getting us the medication for our puppy, and scheduling our follow up appointment. Dr Cruz is an amazing vet. She explained everything to us gave is options for the future. She made us feel like family! The new paint and decor is a much needed breath of life into the hospital. We will be taking all of our pets to Dr Cruz!

I can't say enough good things about this veterinary office! They were able to see my dog last minute on a weekend when my normal vet was closed, and even got us scheduled for a much-needed surgery quickly. The clinic itself is clean and spacious, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were simply outstanding—so helpful, clear in their communication, and genuinely caring. One cool touch I loved was having Alexa in the exam rooms, so I could play music and help keep my dog (and myself!) calm. It's little details like that, along with the excellent care, that really set this place apart. Highly recommend!

We had to make the terrible decision to euthanize our cat over this past weekend. We were extremely grateful this location was open. They allowed us to make an appointment the same day. The staff was extremely kind (more so than any other vet I've been to). They were calming and allowed us all the time we needed for the process.
In this terrible situation they made the process peaceful, serene, and easier by providing a calming room, calming staff, and the care your pet deserves at this stage. If they are this compassionate about this part of your pets life, I can only imagine how compassionate they are with regular vet care.
Should we get another pet, we would definitely consider using this location for our vet needs.

I found The Complete Pet Animal Hospital a few months ago in desperation to get my english bulldog, Kevin, into the vet ASAP as he was have a problem with his eye. It was love at first site with this vet clinic. Their customer service, atmosphere, and quality of care does not compare to the multiple vets I have taken Kevin to in the past. Today, I took Kevin to get his allergy shot and tomorrow is his birthday. They celebrated his birthday with a big birthday balloon, goodie bag (which includes a toy, treats, and a leash), card with each of the individual staff members' handwritten birthday wishes, and a complementary birthday photo! They are a blessing from God, especially in the field of veterinary medicine. They are SO AWESOME!

Took my little guy in for a minor issue requiring antibiotics. While there needed a couple of things done ( nail trim, anal glands and rabies shot ). Cost was typical. My guy enjoyed all of the staff. Thank you for being kind to my bestie.
