I've been going here with my dog for years. They have lovely people on their staff and are always attentive to special requests or concerned. They also offer dog training and agility programs. I've been to many boarding and daycare places in town and this one's the best!

I love this place, and my dog does too, however they have a 2 hour window in the middle of their business hours where they lock their doors, and their half days are shorter than other places, meaning: you can either drop your dog off before midday and pay for a full day, or drop your dog off after midday and not get the full 5 hours, or somehow get out of work to pick your dog up.

If you can afford a full day or you have non-standard working hours, definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately I will not be able to return.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO Star Review. Upon picking up my dog from a weekend stay, he was covered in Dry Vomit (meaning it was old) that was matted on his chin, face, side, and rear end. He was scared of the people and he's never shied away from anyone, always wanting the pets and lovings. He acted exhausted and sick and all the owners said was he had an upset stomach. He threw up immediately after getting him home and was absolutely mistreated at this facility. Someone from Animal Control was contacted and hopefully they inspect this facility to enforce changes or a shutdown. Do NOT take your furry loved ones to this place! It is an absolute disgrace to the treatment and care for animals.

The Canine Connection is absolutely wonderful. My sheepadoodle LOVES going and playing with her friends (we do daily half-day daycare). Everyone who works there is wonderful, and really love the pups. We've been going there for the last two months and have no plans on leaving 🙂

Edit: still keeping my 5-star rating; to address some of the comments about pricing for doggy day care - yes, they are a little more pricey than the other, larger facilities; however, since they are smaller they have the staff to handle the amount of dogs they take on a daily basis. I went to one of the larger facilities in the area, and my dog would smell like pee every time I picked her up. This has never happened at Canine Connection.

AND, every time I pickup my fur baby they enforce her manners (sit, wait) before they open the door for her to come meet me in the lobby. I LOVE it! I can truly tell how much everyone who works there really has a love for animals.

We’ve returned with two pups this time and again, all was excellent. In fact, we are bringing them back for a 2-week stint with complete confidence.
And by the way….the place has a new owner so ignore the old negative comments.

I have been taking my dogs here for 7 years now. An amazing place filled with amazing, caring people. Earlier this year I had a family emergency that required me being away from home for a while unexpectedly. With no notice, they boarded my dog for what I told them might be quite a while. When I returned weeks later to pick up my dog, Mariah told me not to worry about payment. I tell you what; this big act of kindness just about floored me! They owed me nothing, but in one of the most trying periods of my life they offered me incredible kindness and generosity. I cannot say enough about Mariah and her team. This is a place with big heart, and I would trust them with my dog anytime. I’m a customer for life.

Great staff who treat my dog like their own! The day training program is excellent and has resulted in me continuing to send my dog to day care. Maple loves the socialization and behaves better at home when she spends time at the Canine Connection.
