I can't say enough wonderful things about the Animal Clinic of Centralia and the exceptional care they've provided for our dog, Romeo. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure Romeo’s well-being, and we are forever grateful.

Four months prior, Romeo faced a critical health issue. While other clinics had us waiting a week just for an appointment, the Team at the Animal Clinic of Centralia, however, understood the urgency and took immediate action. From the moment we arrived, I felt reassured by their compassion and commitment. They swiftly assessed his condition, performed x-rays, and Romeo swiftly proceeded with life-saving surgery.

Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern during such a stressful time made all the difference, and they quite literally saved his life.

Recently, while we were boarding him, Romeo became ill. We returned to the clinic out of concern for his health. Once again, they went above and beyond. The team conducted a thorough exam, ruling out complications from his previous surgery and identifying some stress-related issues instead. They even gave us helpful guidance on adjustments to his diet and supplements to improve his overall health.

Thanks to their attentive care, Romeo was back to his happy, healthy self within days.

Even on the first visit the Vet was engaged and took the time to be informed on my dog. My dog has Addisons disease which is rare. My Vet is up to date on the current protocols. What a great find!

Our experience was wonderful, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The prices are affordable, which I appreciate very much because last month we were charged $436 for a UTI, an ear infection and medication at our last Vet Clinic. The prices other vets are charging is astronomical and I see now why so many people are giving up their beloved pets because they can’t afford the medical care! The shelters are all at capacity! Thank you Animal Clinic of Centralia for being a vet I feel I can trust.

We were happy with the service my husband left an excellent review. But I guess I upset the staff asking too many questions and getting emotional. They don’t consider what a person might be going through or how important their pets are too them. My dog was getting an anal gland expression done and I noticed he has a red bump which looks like a style on it. I asked very nicely if the doctor could just take a peek while he was back there. I was told ok. So I brought him in and the tech just looked at it and said yeah if it gets worse let us know. The doctor never looked at it. Do I expressed my disappointment and got a little emotional. I was told if I want a doctor to look at it I could set up an appointment. I paid and left. Then I got a call from the Pratice Manager that I was upsetting the staff and I am not a good fit. They discharged me from bringing my dogs there. Nice right?

The staff is always great dealing with my really nervous boy. The Vet and Vet Techs are so patient and I truly appreciate that. I also love that the location is so close to my home. It's so convenient to run by during my lunch break if I need. It also cuts down on the time my dog has to be in the car, another thing that makes him nervous. Overall, I am super happy here and love the care they give to my animals!

Hands down excellent service, very caring and professional. My dogs was having issues and I was extremely worried. I showed up without a call and they got me right in and in less than 30 minutes they knew what was wrong and I was out of there after a check up, xray and medication.
