We have been to a ton of groomers in Fort Myers and this is our favorite! The place is spotless and adorable, comfortable waiting area (with a super cool coffee machine and snacks!) and a friendly and knowledgeable team. Maria the owner is very passionate about animals, their care, and making sure everything is right. Two times I have returned to have something adjusted for my pup and she has been great about correcting it. All 3 of our family dogs have been going here for almost 2 years. The dogs are always happy and not traumatized when we pick them up. Great place overall!

I love their service. My cat Mochi is always content and happy. They did the best job out of all groomers I been to.

It’s really cool that you can actually see on the TVs in the waiting room, your pet getting groomed LIVE. I do not know any other place that does this.

All in all, they are very professional and most importantly, simply the best.

I recently took my little shy Cavapoo for his first grooming experience to Tender Care pet salon. I’m really grateful they were able to accommodate me the day I called. Courtney has a great personality I noticed that immediately. I’m really appreciative of how she cared for Rudy. He’s a very anxious dog. When I picked him up he seemed happy wagging his tail. The haircut is beautiful. Courtney did exceptionally and I will request Courtney for his future visits!!

I have a very vocal 8 yr old Husky! Megan does an amazing job! She had her in early did the full top to bottom treatment in 1.5 hrs and my pup looks and smells smazing! My husky was trembling when we arrived and Megan took the time to help reassure her and build trust! When I picked her up she was beautiful and no trembling-just a happy dog! We will be back!

I found this grooming salon because I followed my groomer, Megan, from the last place she worked. My 3 boys look amazing, as always, but I feel like the environment now matches how happy I am with Megan’s grooms. Before I tolerated the circumstances because Ive been so happy with Megan. Very excited about our new circumstances!.. I have 3 dogs. 2 doodles and a shih tzu. Megan always does such a good job knowing my preferences while always being excited to try something fun. I can’t say enough!

The environment at Tender Care is on point! I love the cameras where you can watch as your baby is being groomed, a cookie at checkout, the staff was stellar, I could go on and on!

They did a GREAT job with my 4 year old Lab. She smells soo clean even a while after and her nails were perfect. Friendly service as well. Only thing to note is they do not take any mastercard cards, so you may need cash or a different credit card.

Very dissatisfied with this business. Our regular groomer was out of town. I brought my senior shih tzu in for a tidy up, and got him back looking exactly the same. I received a text, "Your dog is ready for pick up" about 45 minutes after I dropped him off. They never called to say they couldn't cut his nails, or to ask if they could shave him instead, even though when I picked him up they said it would be better to shave him. He was still wet when I picked him up and had crusties in his eyes. They said my dog bit the groomer, however, my dog has 4 teeth and has NEVER bit anyone. She did not show me the bite mark. We called to resolve this issue and they said they'll fix him up... but I thought he bit you? How can you work with a dog who bit you? Just admit it's not a good fit. Give us a refund so we can take our dog to an experienced groomer who can handle our vicious 13 lb, 13 year old shih tzu. They refuse to answer our phone calls now, saying they are done with us and we are not getting a refund because the service was complete. Now I'm out $60, plus a $12 tip, and have to spend another $60 on an entirely new groom for my dog. Owner is extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
