I brought my Shih Tsu in to get groomed and was greeted by a very nice young man. He had the groomer come and talked to me to discuss how I wanted her done and she was super nice too. She even called me when she found some mats to be sure it was ok that she was going to have to cut her hair a little shorter which I thought was going above and beyond. Cara looked darling! We will be back.

We have a german schnauzer standard and we had her groomed and nails trimmed too. Beautiful job. Very patient and friendly staff to the dog and us!

I think they may be out of business. I showed up for my pets 1pm appointment and the open sign was on the door but it was locked and dark inside. I texted the phone number and no one responded. Waited until ten minutes past the appointment and no one showed up.

Edit: The groom was refunded and we negotiated some funds towards the necessary service dog gear I purchased. I was told that the groomer responsible was going to be written up and retrained. I hope she really does get the training she needs. I'm not risking it here.

They SHAVED my Border Collie! We didn't ask for it or authorize it. She is my service dog. Now I have to worry about her overheating or potentially getting sun burned. I will likely not be able to go to events like the fair because it will be too much time in the sun now. Their incompetence has affected both our lives. It will cost a lot to work to make sure her coat grows back out properly over the next year or two. It will also cost me a lot of money in gear to try to keep her working comfortably over that time. This is not ok.

All groomers welcomed us with a smile and kind words to furbabies. They handled pets with love and care. Some prices are higher than a major pet store chain but quality and friendly atmosphere worth it.

The prices more than doubled since my last visit. I brought my Maltese mix and it was $80.00 for a generic non-breed specific cut. Had I known the cost beforehand I would have went elsewhere, but I was unaware that it would be $80.00 until after the service was completed. In the past they informed me of the total cost beforehand, also I noticed later that they do have their prices on the wall (which is new since my last visit), but I wasn't concerned about the cost as I assumed it would be the same as my previous visits around $30.00, or at least somewhere in the ballpark. I’ve brought my dog to this location around 4 or 5 times now and I’ve had a pleasant experience each time. This is my preferred and favorite place to bring my dog and in the past the only reason I would go anywhere else would be because of scheduling. The funny thing is when Lenny needs a haircut and the Sydnee's location by my place is not an option I take him to one of the “big” pet supply retailers and I do this reluctantly because they charge around $60.00 which I believe is a bit high. So, no matter which way I try to look at it, I just can’t seem to justify the $80.00 cost for my last visit and I’ll have to considered this the next time my dog needs to be groomed.
