I definitely would not recommend and will never go back. The facility is very run down and not very clean. Apparently, they are doing some remodeling, which is desperately needed. My husband was in a small shared room with only a thin curtain. There wasn't even a chair to sit on. The roommate had the TV on constantly at a loud volume. We had to bring soundproof headphones, and when we did watch TV, we had loud dueling TVs. The food was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. My husband would barely eat any of it and I had to bring him food. The staff was friendly and caring enough and trying their best, however I don't believe they were qualified for the level of care my husband required and he ended up going back to the hospital two days after he was released due to infection returning, which I believe can be attributed to the
unsanitary conditions and subpar care.
I also do not believe his antibiotic was even being administered correctly. I could say so much more but unable to fit all in this review.

If you want a staff that goes over and beyond for the residents this is the place! Physical therapy has over 70 years of experience. Long term care has staff that cares about your loved ones just as much as you do. Try them out they are amazing!

Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab is a great place with employees that have been there for many years! They care for their residents as if they are true family. This little community truly feels like home when you walk in!! The residents and staff are so sweet and so happy!

SSHR took such excellent care of my Great Grandmother in the past. They treated her and cared for her like she was their family! If you are looking for somewhere you can trust and know without a doubt your loved ones are truly being cared for, SSHR is the place to go!

Recently my Uncle was placed in SS Health and Rehab. The Administration and the Staff are so friendly. So many already knew my Uncle and that makes him feel safe and secure. The staff is very attentive to his needs. Anytime I have a concern, Kasey, the Administrator, looks into my concern and seeks me out to let me know that she took care of my concern. The faculty is clean, which is a blessings. They have so many activities for the residents to participate in----We have so much fun!!!! I would recommend this facility.

My grandmother was a resident here. The staff took such excellent care of her. Everyone was super sweet. She enjoyed playing bingo and other activities. She made really good friends. In her last days they were super amazing. They kept her comfortable and pain free. They were very attentive and caring! Would highly recommend them for care.

Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab is very involved with our community and help us tremendously here at the Senior Center. They host birthday parties, blood pressure clinics and more!
