We needed to come in for an emergency appointment for my cat George. The incredible anxiety of knowing something was wrong, but not knowing WHAT was wrong is something I'm sure many people are familiar with if they have animals. The staff here were all so very kind and had excellent bedside manner. They took us as a walk in and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The facility itself is beautiful. Very cleam, very calm. There were several animals in and out while we were there and they all seemed to be as relaxed as an animal at the vet can be!

We were given clear information about what testing was going to be done (we had to leave him for a few hours), what time we could expect to hear from the vet, and what an estimate of cost would be when we arrived. The vet called exactly when I was told he would, and the cost was less than what they'd estimated.

The vet was incredibly kind and comforting, and he seemed just as relieved as I was when he explained that while there was an issue, it was very treatable/manageable, and not at all as serious as we had thought it would be. Multiple staff members reassured me in a genuine way throughout our entire visit, and celebrated the small win of it being an easy and optimistic outcome.

I will be back. They really took what started off as a terrible, terrible, night into morning, and turned it into something so much brighter with their compassion. I'm very thankful to the staff here and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful! Hannah helped answer ALL our questions and made the visit as affordable as possible for us while still receiving excellent care! We had very specific requests and she happily made sure we had everything we wanted for our cat. We will be making this our new vet location for all our other pet needs!

We took our Lab mix to this facility for an exam/assessment concerning her dental issued. The Dr was very compassionate and Lilly as well. It was determined she would need surgery so we are proceeding accordingly. Summertime felt very comfortable with the handling she received and we are looking forward to her recovery. It is nice to have professionals treat you and your pet with respect and dignity.

I am new to the area and planned to find a vet for my whole pack of dogs when they needed their annual visit. I have an elderly dog who declined extremely quickly and I tried to call the office, and their phone wasn't working so I got a baby sitter and got my girl in the car (she lost function of her back legs, and she is 50 pounds) and just drove to a highly recommended vet. I walked in, in tears and was carrying my girl and they immediately got me in a room, with a comfortable bench for my girl to lay on with blankets to prop her head on. They were quick, evaluated her and said "she is in rough shape, but I think we can give her a chance", so that is what we have done. They were amazing and we have a PLAN 🙂

I recently lost my Laila (12-09-24) to complications due to old age. Dr. Newman-Dart along with her assistant were very compassionate and caring in my time of need and I'll recommend their office to anyone who needs good quality care for their fur babies.
