There was an extreme lack of communication, respect, and professionalism, particularly from a technician named Kim. After only two visits, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this vet to anyone. Upon asking others, I’ve heard similar complaints about the staff’s attitude. Their job is to care for animals, and such rudeness is both unacceptable and appalling.

This clinic has multiple signs posted on the front door, at the front desk, and in the exam rooms stating that they respect their patients and expect the same respect in return, with a clear warning that verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. While maintaining respect is important, the need to plaster such reminders throughout the clinic makes one wonder if the real issue lies with their staff. If guests are consistently reacting negatively, perhaps it’s a reflection of how they are being spoken to and treated by the employees.

They over charge, and I told them I had flea treatment at home they did it any way and my bill for a haircut was 177.00 for a 1 lb cat. Sorry service and will never go back ?

I stepped in here for a brief moment to pick up papers for my daughter's dog and the attitudes of the ladies have really stuck with me. [I was already upset because the puppy's human dad had just died that very morning.] It's imprinted in my brain how unpleasant these women were. Three of them at the desk and nobody greeted me. They first helped a woman who came in after me. I got an attitude from the one who did help me because the pup was behind on shots. [That's not my dog and I know nothing about it.] I told her idk and that the other owner had passed away just hours earlier. She didn't say oh, ok, sorry to hear that, thank you, have a nice day, goodbye, or anything. Just handed me the papers and looked away. I left. Idk. I've lived in Houston for 15 years and I've never been to this vet before now so they don't know me.

I can't really speak on how good they are in general, but I do know that their overnight services are not to be accepted. The animals are left alone and so if you have a hurt animal that needs urgent care, take them somewhere that will actually watch them carefully overnight like a hospital would. Getting a call in the morning from the vet that they arrived to work to find your pet had passed away alone in the night is not something I want anyone to experience.
