Jeffrey Yang and his intern Angie got me back to normal functioning in six weeks. It was easy to make appointments. They always saw me on time. They were attentive and kind and skilled. This location is one of the many locations within the city, the difference between this one and those is the great staff that supports this location:

I came into this location due to a ACL injury, from the end of Aug 2024 until current (Dec 2024), from my time there i have gotten to know the members and staff at this location.

Aleksia:
She is the main physical therapist on site, and will give you an appropriate amount of time to understand you, your situation, and how to best help you. Always aiming for the best result in order to get you (the patient) to a place where you can continue life without discomfort.

Erik:
Assistant Physical Therapist on site, who is just as knowledgable/professional as Aleksia. He will always ensure to check on you and your progress with each client visit. Throughout the visit, he periodically checks in making sure you're comfortable with all stretches and exercises requested. If there was anything you didn't understand or needed more clarity with he will work with you until you get it.

Ovadya (Ov):
Another Physical Therapist on site, who is caring and patient with all his clientele. Always ensuring that everyone is getting the best quality care StarPro has to offer. Although he was not my main physical therapist, if he had time he would always check-in with me and assist, if-necessary.

Jeffery (Jeff):
The Fourth Therapist on site, who cares about his work. Jeff works effortlessly with his clients, helping his patients learn while teaching inbound medical professionals how to best service patients.

Jaheed:
Jaheed is the newest member of the StarPro work force, who although new, blends perfectly with the team. Providing support to all the Physical Therapy members, ensuring they are able to focus on patient care. While being able to handle his own patient clientele at times.

This location has moments of getting a bit busy, (from my experience) so all i can suggest for new patients ensure is to schedule accordingly. Do NOT be late, if you wish to have the same amazing experience that myself and other have had here. Come with clarity on what's going on with you, and try your best to explain to them, so they can do what they do best.

My knee pain is completely gone now. They were very professional, and kind, and had great energy. The place was clean and organized, and they were always on time with my appointments.
