Spring Valley Vet Clinic is where you need to bring your pets for their care. The staff is compassionate, understands balancing your pets needs with real life situations, and ultimately is always focused on the best outcomes for your furry loved ones. We started bringing our dog here in the latter years of her life, and we are so glad that we did. I want to thank everyone at Spring Valley for making her last years as positive as possible, and giving our family the most time with her we could receive. When we do eventually bring a new pet into our family, Spring Valley will be the vet for our pet.

Clean office, friendly & professional staff, doctor was knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns I had for my older pup.

Everyone at the clinic is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr Babler gives us options on our dogs treatment, yet is not pushy. Our dogs are very relaxed when they go there.

They get zero stars in my book! Even they I live literally across the street from them, I would rather take my animals to Golf Rose and Dr. Byrd. I took my animals to Spring Valley for years, even before they moved to their new location. Dr. Stewart and her staff were awesome. Over the years things began to change and the front desk people were nasty and argumentative. My neighbor called today to try to get one of her cats in - it used to be mine - and was told that my animals were “blocked” because of my attitude! This cat doesn’t even belong to me any longer and they still won’t see her. What kind vet clinic is that!!! Don’t go here there are far better options in the Schaumburg area!

I have been going to Spring Valley for 11 years, yes, Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Stewart as well as their staff were absolutely amazing. My dog unfortunately has to go every four weeks and I really feel the doctor and staff have come along way to accommodating the Needs of our fur babies. I think people just need to give them a chance. They have a big shoe to fill as far as how wonderful Spring Valley has always been. I’m hoping my reviews continue to be positive with positive experiences as I will continue to go there as of right now.

Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic makes working with them easy. There's good communication and friendly service. Making appointments and keeping track of medications is easy using the App they use. Every member of the staff has been wonderful to work with.

Great service and they are very conscious of costs. The exams are very thorough. I really like the new team. Also i appreciate that they promote trackers for pets. Trackers are so critical for fonding missong pets
