I came here for a second opinion on some health issues my pittie was having and was immediately struck by the thoughtfulness and compassion expressed by everyone at the clinic. The facility is very well prepared for a variety of animals and cases, well organized, clean and equipped. They showed patience with my pup, who has quite severe trauma related to vets and were able to give him care without anesthesia (as was the case at my previous vet).

I only wish I had come to this clinic earlier and saved us all the stress and additional suffering my pup had to endure.

I am immensely grateful to Dr. Orsi and her team for the exceptional care we received here.

My family and I have brought multiple pets here over the years and normally love Springhill vet, but lately it’s been very different.
We recently wanted to bring our dog in for a yearly checkup and her shots, first they separated the two appointments when normally it’s just one, but also during the second appointment the staff was very rude. They were being very condescending towards us about our budget and made rude comments about our ability on being able to afford everything. It’s very disappointing since we’ve always brought our pets here but it seems Springhill Vet’s values may have changed a bit…

Hands down best Vet ever! They take such good care of you there. I have 1 dog 3 cats. Referred a few friends and they agree! You can see how happy Rizzo is waiting to see the vet!

When we first started going here they were top notch, good value, caring service etc.

Fast forward to today with the daughter taking over and this place really disgusts me. My wife and I were treated rudely by staff several times, and my wife had to pleasure of being yelled at by the owner (she apologized later but tells you why the staff are so rude) and they have raised prices at an incredible rate, we were paying hundreds of dollars for a simple checkup and vaccine by the time we left. But the cherry on top was when our dog, who had been living with kidney failure for a few years finally lost the battle. When we attempted to get a appointment for the same day as she was throwing up, having trouble walking, and experiencing several life threatening signs, instead of being there for us, a customer who brought both dogs to this clinic for several years, they didn’t care, wouldn’t squeeze us in, or help in any way. We ended up going to an emergency vet in the area and she had to be euthanized because her kidneys had finally failed. Switched vets immediately after and I encourage anyone thinking of using this vet to look elsewhere.

Spring hill's entire staff are amazing people. They take very good care of both my dogs and treat them like family. My male needed emergency surgery on Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze him in on a last minute 11am appointment. They were completely booked and closing at 1pm but they still accommodated us and for that I am truly grateful! Cost could have been crazy had I taken him to a Hospital. 10 days later he had to go back for suture removal and was completely healed.

Some of the staff here are very rude and unprofessional. I only bring my dog here for his routine vaccinations and checkups. One of the technicians put the blue lead on my dog and pulled him upwards by his neck to the point where he SCREAMED, eyes going bloodshot, because he wasn't getting onto the scale on his own. Absolutely horrid and unacceptable, and his scream really traumatizes me still.

The absolute very best vets I have seen in the area. My dog was seriously ill and not only did they fit him in but they performed emergency surgery later that day when they were closing and saved his life. I have 3 dogs. A cat and 5 horses so I know vets and I highly recommend this clinic!!
