WHAT A GREAT FACILITY ~ This place gives you a resort vibe.
~ I couldnt have been more happier with my choice to come here for rehabilitation. I really lucked out!! The facility is clean, The food was very good, The best part about this facility is the caring staff ~ They are OUTSTANDING with caring for each patient/resident ~ This facility really makes you feel like your at home or staying in a caring adult community.

My favorite nurses were Nana she is so knowledgeable and does everything to the books, Sabrina she made sure I was always comfortable, Zakiya always made sure I had all my meds and treatments so I can tackle the day, Kenny made sure everything was running up to our satisfaction and Springroves standards.

Even the nurses assistants were amazing, they really made the difference in your day with every small detail that they include for you. I was so blessed to have had Rosalee/Rose, she made me feel like I had a sister caring for me. And Mary she is sheer professialism, if you ring the nurse bell she is there within minutes, she will never leave anyone hanging. Mary and Rosalee give the facility a resort vibe.

KUDOS TO THE VERY DEDICATED ACTIVITIES DEPT. That keeps the day flowing bettering the resident quality of life with all the activities they plan. They give you so many activity choices to choose from. From Bingo to themed events and so on. The activities dept got the energy and the right people to really help you take your mind off of why your there and to meet new people and make new friends. The stars of the activities dept are: GILLIAN she runs the show and brings the vision to life. AEYSHA, she does an excellent job uplifting the residents spiritually, she is such a compassionate person. And ESTHER she runs the daily activities and makes sure everyone has that positive encouragement, she is the one that makes everyone feel like they matter. She makes everyone feel seen and last but not least NICK, he brightened up my day everyday by just checking in on me to make sure everything was ok with me. Nick makes you feel like you matter. he makes sure your meals are up to your standards, he makes sure you have everything you need. He is anawesome person and an EXCELLENT DJ. He really has their parties rocking.🎶

And I definitely cant forget about the administration team that runs the show. They are so very tentative to the patients and their families. They are very down to earth and compassionate about their facility and how its bettering the life of their ressidents. Matthew/Adminstrator, Jenny/Director of nursing, Grizsale/Director of admissions, Chanel/Director of Rehab and Mike/Director of Dietary. They all truly respect their residents feelings and rest assured all of your needs will be satisfied with this team running the facility. They are amazing!! They even gave me a suprise birthday party, just because, they are super sweet ~They come stop in your room almost daily to check in on you to make sure your comfortable. They take such good care of you, just like your on vacation.

I love Springgrove rehab facility and leaving it was bittersweet❤️

When my mom needed a rehab after the hospital stay, I did my research, read many reviews of close to our home rehabs, and visited a few facilities
Spring Grove was the best option for us.
Its setting is a quiet one, among lots of greenery, the place itself is not huge and not overwhelming. We needed a place where I could stay with my Mom at night as Mom has memory problems and doesn’t speak English .
The administration and Grizsel were supportive and offered us a private room so I could be next to my Mom. Mom was brought to SG from 10 days in the hospital on a stretcher. And 2 weeks later she was able to get into my car to go back home!
It was possible due to the care she received there from the wonderful nurses, PT team, speech therapists and kitchen staff.
Thank you Grizsel, Shantel, Ola, Archana, Channel, Mike, Nona, Mary, Alex, and many many others who took care of my Mom !
We made the right choice with choosing this facility

A big thank you to Matt and all. administrators for the speedy way they made me feel comfortable. Immediately I was set up with necessary therapies. They were all excellent. They taught me so many good things that I was able to continue at home. Nurses and sides were always available with care. Thank you for getting me able to go home much better than when I entered

My mom is having a wonderful and productive visit at Spring Grove! Everyone in the building is helpful and caring! The doctors, nurses and staff have been wonderful! The staff at the reception desk are always smiling and welcoming. Michael, the chef, prepares delicious meals that the residents not only enjoy but are able to rebuild their strength which will set them up for a successful recovery. Jillian, in activities is dedicated to the residents and brings joy to those she meets. Those that work there, including the Director, those in PT and OT , the doctors, nurses and aides and the Maintanance staff are all proud of the work they do and it shows! Thank you!

When I realized that my spouse John/Jack Callahan was going to Spring Grove Rehab, I was naturally apprehensive.
However, our experience there totally changed my mind about rehabs.
First of all, the place is bright and clean and inviting. There is a lovely patio surrounded by green and trees.
The nurses and staff are extraordinary—professional, warm and caring. Maureen and Nana are the best of the best! Rosalie also took such great care of Jack.
The food is way above the standard fare—healthy and creative selections.
Both Jack and I can definitely recommend this rehab.

Since I admitted at SG, I’ve made some friends. Everyone was so nice, especially the nursing staff! Maureen and Nana are really exceptional.
The Rehab team is great, my therapists Archie and Alyssa worked with me and helped me to gain my independence. The Life Enrichment Department has an array of different activities to enjoy and Gillian, the director, makes sure everyone is engaged and keeping active. I especially enjoyed crafts and jewelry making. The food is very good and Michael, the director, always made sure I had everything I needed. Matt, the administrator, was very responsive to any concerns we had. My husband and I were impressed with the stay.

My niece recently stayed at Spring grove Rehab for subacute care and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff was super caring and considerate of all the residents. The staff constantly checked in with the residents to make sure all their needs were met.

Shout out to the kitchen staff for making delicious, well thought out meals for the residents. We didn't expect the meals to be this tasty in a rehab facility, but the kitchen staff really goes above and beyond to produce very flavorful meals. And no matter how busy they maybe the kitchen Manager Mike always makes it his personal business to visit or send his Asst. Mgr. Nick to visit with the residents to make sure they are satisfied with the quality of the food they receive. They are awesome and it gives a personal touch to their services.

Lastly, sending a super big shout to Steve in Physical Therapy for being a Gem to this facility!!  Steve is like a miracle worker. He truly is committed to seeing his patients soar in their goals for rehabilitation.  Steve not only rehabilitated my niece, he gave her the confidence to believe she is capable of almost anything, and we sincerely can't thank Steve or the Spring grove Rehab enough for a truly positive experience.
