We had a great experience at the Spotless Dog Wash. The friendly staff had all the supplies we needed and showed us how everything worked. My husband and I had fun washing our lab and saved so much $ doing it ourselves. We were also able to get his nails clipped by a professional while we were there. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their dog washed and can do it for themselves!

We took our 1 year old cockapoo for first time to get groomed after moving from the city and the service was excellent. The facility is very clean and it has a large parking lot for customers.
They initially asked me about the length and style that we were looking for and we brainstormed together with some areas that needed to be fixed. They reassured me that they were going to try to do their best. A few hours later, I picked him up and I was very pleased with the attention to detail and how well he was groomed. I’m definitely going to take him there again.

Went in here this past week with my rescue pup who looked more like a cousin to the Grinch than an actual dog and we had an amazing experience! One of the ladies there was able to take us right back and gave Mac (my pup) a quick toe-hair and under-pad trim and was incredibly kind and patient with the nervous wiggle monster (who's never been to a groomer before). After, we were directed to the wash station and given de-shedding shampoo and tips/tricks on how to do everything efficiently. The de-shedding shampoo is magic, and you can't convince me otherwise. After, we went to the dryer station and Mac wasn't a huge fan of the dryer, but after a little tip from the groomer, she was able to tolerate it more. After the bath, they have treats you can buy to spoil your pup. They also have other pet gear that I think mostly comes from local vendors. Overall, everything was affordable and of amazing quality. We will be making the trip up every few weeks 🙂

We got our dog groomed here several times and he always turned out great and came home happy. He was always excited to go back, which is a great sign. Pricing was also reasonable.

No matter where you reside in the Chicagoland area a trip to Spotless Dog Wash is well worth the time for you to give your pooch a sparkling clean bath! This is a self-service facility. Spotless Dog Wash makes it convenient and easy with bathtubs, supplies, towels, washing products, and dryers. The staff at Spotless keeps everything clean and sweeps up after their furry friends coming and going.
A fantastic experience will be had by you and your fur-baby! This place is 100% approved by our Afghan Hound, Stella and our Silkie Terrier, Dart

It was my first time trying this place because a lot of people recommended me them.

Everything was okay at the first sight, until I got home and checked her body(you can see the picture). I found a fresh wound and of course no one told me about this. I specifically asked when picking up were there any problems or concerns? Answer was no. It is a serious mistake and it is a concern that should be notified when people pick up their dogs. Very unprofessional, bad customer service and very negligent!

We had a delightful afternoon here washing our dog! Full service was available and appeared highly competent! They were very helpful while we washed, and were kind enough(for a regular fee) to clip our dogs nails when we were done. Would definitely go back, and plan to, many times.

First time visiting. She butchered my dogs face and body! Completely shaved him naked! Which was highly unnecessary! Regardless how many matts he had she could have taken the time to dematt his face instead of SHAVING it naked without permission! She was told NOT to shave his face and she did it anyways! Outta all the grooming visits he has had over the 2 years he has NEVER required a full face shaved! She rushed through his groom in 3 hours to just get it over with instead of taking the time to dematt him! You don't just butcher a doodle naked! Please follow your clients requests prior to dropping their animal off & not doing as you please and using the excuse he was extremely matted when he wasn't THAT matted. So disrespectful of a groomer to do that to someone else loved pet!
The next day update*
My dog is miserable and is in total shock from this groomer. He is completely naked. Feels uncomfortable. He has slept all day today & hasn't even played with a single toy! He is very red in spots I'm assuming from razor burns. He was cut extremely too short for his comfort! I've never been so disappointed in a groomer before. She took no time in caring for our loved one!
