I had the worst experience at this salon. A few days ago, I went in for a haircut and showed the stylist my desired hairstyle. However, she cut my hair in a choppy manner, starting directly from the top instead of gradually cutting from the outside to the middle of my hair. The entire haircut took only 3 minutes, and when I got home and checked, I realized she had done a terrible job. I was extremely frustrated, so I went to another salon to fix the haircut.

In addition, I contacted the original salon through their survey to express my dissatisfaction. They assured me that they would help me get another haircut, but I have yet to receive any response from them. It seems they were not truthful in their promise to assist me.

The stylists at this salon are not properly trained to cut hair. In fact, I believe I could have done a better job cutting my own hair. I would strongly advise against visiting this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Alex cut my 14yro son's hair.... it was absolutely disgusting! Uneven, clipper marks in the hair, long pieces around the sides and back. We definitely will not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have gone there plenty of times and have had a great experience there because of one particular barber who is not there anymore(which explains why she left). So had someone new and this person rush through my cut because they were the only one there at that time and had other people waiting. Because of the rush, hair cut was not good at all. Thank god I wear a hat where I work

I have to do justice and rate stylist Danielle. Victoria had left for the day and thought of taking chance with another stylist. I was paranoid but was amazed by the hairdo Danielle gave me. Attention to detail is the key for her and I thank her for giving me confidence. I will be back to the store with additional option now. Much thanks Danielle, you are awesome ?

I had my first haircut here and the overall experience was awesome. Clean place, relaxed atmosphere, experienced stylist with a great customer service. Amidst great conversation Victoria was fabulous and she made sure I as a customer leaves that place with high satisfaction and great confidence. Thanks, I will recommend this to everyone and I will be back soon ?

Miss Victoria cut my 2 year old son's hair recently and did a fantastic job. She was friendly and patient - but also worked very quickly. I've taken my son to sports clips several times to the People's Plaza location but this was our first time in Pike Creek. Both locations have provided great service.
