My son and I got our hair cut on 1/19/25 by two separate ladies. Asked for a low fade, skin/0 on the sides and a trim on the top. I ended up with a high fade on one side, medium on the other and was left with a nice bald area in the back while my son’s wasn’t faded at all and they butchered his trim on top. I won’t go back again. If you want a professional cut, spend an extra $10 and go to an actual barber.

Edit: they fixed our hair today (1/21/25) and the manager, as well as the lady who fixed her hair, we’re super nice and accommodating

I had a very nice haircut by a nice lady. I gave them no five star ratings because they were very unprofessional in honoring an MVP coupon. It was for first time customer and I told them that I am their first time customer. They didn’t believe it and asked my driving license to verify it further. They said they have to scrutinize customers because many customers cheat. Talking bad about customers with a new customer is not good. At check out, the lady rang up my coupon incorrectly as only $10 off, when actually the coupon stated the entire MVP haircut would be for $10. I couldn’t clarify to her because I already had rough time at check in. So I paid her $17, which I meant $10 for the MVP haircut cut & $7 in tips. However, I suspect that the lady didn’t get this tip which I intended for her because the coupon wasn’t processed correctly.
I recommend Supercut not to be so generous in issuing such coupons if they are so worried about its possible occasional misuse.

Friendly staff, easy online check in, comfortable atmosphere, hot towel always tempting me to fall asleep during shampoo/massage and I leave looking great. What isn't there to like.

i recently went to the SportsClips in Huntley to get a trim for the first time in a couple years (i obviously have long hair). So happy that i did, because Maria was possibly the best stylist i was lucky enough to ever experience. We talked about interesting things (now i gotta try Filipino food), and she was kind and funny. Most importantly, she was clearly a pro and did EXACTLY what i asked for. i haven't been to the Woodstock SportClips since Natasha salvaged my last experience. But now i'm sticking with Maria in Huntley. Thank you, Maria!

Good stylists, better store than the others.
Booking online,but when you get there, make sure you get checked in. Otherwise, you get passed over and have to wait longer, which defeats the purpose of online booking.

Stylist nearly super shaved (zero) my entire head by mistake. I have always had a 2-1-0 fade with a super shaver only at the very bottom for 20+ years

Stylist only asked me if I still do the super shave which I said yes to (which is always just the bottom for a $5 surcharge) but did not ask me what is to be done with the rest of my hair. She went super high with the zero before I could stop her.

I have never had my head shaved this high before and will need to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks+. I went to get a haircut to feel better about myself but left feeling the complete opposite.

Stylist should always ask what is to be done with the haircut and not to rely on notes that could be misunderstood!!!! Was still charged full price for the bad haircut. Terrible experience!!!

UPDATE: I called the number listed on the response and all they did was take my name and info. Manager did not discuss the incident with me.
