I went their first time for my 8 year old son 's hair cut. Dana was awesome , she understand what kind of hair cut we need and she constantly communicate with us during cut. He really likes his haircut. We will be there in future.

Botched haircut. My teenage son went in for a trim with me and the guy who cut his hair had his own agenda. He didn’t pay attention to how my son’s hair was styled and parted. He gave my son a completely different style that wasn’t asked for- he just wanted a trim and got most of his hair taken off and styled in a way that looked ridiculous. We confront the stylist and maybe the manager? The manager had the nerve to say that the stylist cut my sons hair to look like mine. 1) my son asked for a trim 2) the style looked NOWHERE near like mine 3) the cut looked like the stylist’s The cowardly stylist didn’t even bother to give an answer nor apology and walked away when the other stylist was talking to us to try to resolve this. If you make a mistake, own up to it at least and apologize.

Went here for the first time on a whim while on lunch from work. Only had to wait about 15 minutes before Danielle was able to take me. Super nice stylist, easy to talk with and she did a great job on my hair. I've have bad haircuts in the past from other "chain" establishments so it was really refreshing to get such a great one here. I will be back again for sure and will be sure to ask for her next time!

Has only a 4 minute wait time as opposed to a 45-minute wait time a little more local. So it was walking ready, wonderful. Employees though didn't seem to like their job

I am regular at Sports clips, this was my 1st time at this location. The person who cut my hair did not understand english properly. Kept on talking in spanish with his co-worker. Did not do a good job at cutting my hair. He was also sounding rude. Need to improve customer service.
