The ladies are so nice to my son. He typically needs a hair cut every two months. He has been going since he turned 1. They understand his colics on his head because he has 4. They know how to cut his hair and are super nice to him for being 4. I feel their price is very reasonable. He has two ladies who have done it the most and they are great along with the others. They always make sure I'm satisfied with multiple parts of the cut and ask at the end if they want me to have it styled.

Son walked in with full head of hair. Stylist buzzed his entire head, based on notes still in the computer from 5 years ago. When questioned why his hair wasn't cut the way it has been most recently (several times) she claimed the notes in the computer were still ones from 5 years ago and no one had updated to indicate he was a 3 on sides and scissors on top. Hmmm...how did the previous stylists know?!?! He thought she was starting to buzz back/sides and she took a strip out of the top/middle. Before he knew what she was doing, it was too late. She didn't even apologize. Instead she questioned me on the phone number I gave, nope...same and only phone number they've ever been given. She then proceeded to charge me full price. And...it is the absolute worse buzz I've ever seen. Absolutely disgusted.

Boyfriend went in for a haircut this morning and told the oldest lady working in there that he wanted 1 or 2 on the side and for the top to be longer and then the lady proceeded tk shave his whole head Somebody either needs fired or retrained on how to listen, never coming back here again I don't recommend coming to this place just go to great clips down the street

Walked in and was serviced immediately however they said they couldn’t cut my child’s hair because they don’t know how to do “ethnic” hair. They cut my other kids hair which was more straight. Afterwards the lady asked me a question from across the room while I was sitting the waiting area. I couldn’t hear her so I said “what” she then repeated her question with attitude and annoyance. She said another lady in the shop could take care of my curly headed son but after the treatment she gave us I just wanted to leave so we paid for the haircut we got and left.

It would be WONDERFUL if the hiring manager or whoever is in charge of these stylists, actually hired people who have experience. i’m almost sure the lady that cut my hair has never used a pair of clippers, and cannot comprehend english enough to know what a customer is asking for. basically a buzz cut for $23 when i asked for half an inch off.

All of the stylists are very good here. I have a child with Down syndrome and he did not do well with people touching his head. These women have been fantastic with him, now can get a haircut with no issues at all thank to them.

Very slow. Checking in online won’t reflect your actual wait time because this east Peoria sports clips is lacking any sense of urgency. Go to Great clips. Those stylists are much more polite professional and approachable. They are straight forward about wait times and great you with a smile

Nicole did a great job. I needed a last minute haircut and my normal barber wasn't available. Glad I came in, I'll be back!
