Bennie Bichonpoo had a great checkup & got his immunizations up to date at Southtown today. What an affordable, friendly, informative & stress-free visit! From the friendly staff to the super Veterinarian, Dr Jessica Sheruda, our visit could not have gone better! Everyone was so kind. They put Bennie & I both at ease.

The lady that looked at my cat was very nice, but the vet himself was extremely rude. Seemed like he did not care for my cat at all and instead was worried about how much money he could make. Alls he did was make me feel like a terrible owner just telling me all the things I did wrong!. Highly dissatisfied with that vet

Excellent friendly caring! Hands down the best VET I have been to! Water Physical therapy for her leg after being hit by a car and surgery.
They treated my dog as their own🥰

My mother was constantly there with her elderly dachshund. They had placed her pet on medication the was $191.00 every 3 months with a mandatory visit. She is on social security and I found the meds on Chewy for much cheaper. When I asked for an Rx he was very rude and charged $10 to write it. There was some mix up at Chewy and they needed to speak with the vets office, they refused to speak with Chewy rep. They always take her dog into another room and both my Mom and the dog are very upset by this. We are with a new who does not do this, are on a med that works better and is less expensive. She took the dog off things that not necessary and was kind to my 85 year old mother, not arrogant.

Recently had my cat spayed at Southtown Veterinary Hospital and received A+++ care. Staff is amazing!!! Highly recommended.

The girls I spoke to were great but the actual vet should not be listed as an Avian Vet in my opinion as he stated the reason our Parakeet was Itching and Pulling out his feathers was due to his diet and environment (he recommended a place in York PA to buy food which ended up being a Barn Animal Feed and supply store, the few Avian Supplies they had were over priced). Most of his advise was contradictory to what I read on Avain and Parakeet Websites and when I asked why only one of our Parakeets were affected if the issue was environmental and diet I got no answer. So basically I paid $80 to be told I was a bad Parakeet Mom 😡

My pups have been treated at Dr Bobs for 5 years, since day one the location was spotless the staff friendly and responsive the doctor informative and caring for his patients. They are easy to get a hold of, I’ve left a message with the answering service and received an immediate call back. After a recent surgery I received an early morning call from Dr Bob because he was concerned. The staff know my pups well, treat them lovingly and I’ve full confidence with their handling my pups.

This is not the vet to go to if you are looking for compassion in your pets time of need! The vet was more concerned about making $ off testing then to actually help the dog in the moment to stop its suffering. Fortunately, a real Dr took over and helped the animal and owner!
