Muy mal servicio llevé a mi hijo con un problema y no me asistieron porque no tenía aseguranza y yo iba pagar el tratamiento en efectivo y no lo asentaron ellos realmente no piensan en ayudar el paciente si no en cuanto pueden sacarle a la aseguranza

Excellent compassionate care! Smiling 😃 faces kind! Physical Therapists here are top notch! Encouraging helpful and they make therapy fun and challenging! Nurses and Nursing Aids are the best!! They make sure you have everything you need! Sensitive to your needs. They want to comfort and support you doing all they can to help you have the best Healing Experience possible! The accommodations are bright clean comfortable! The kitchen provides excellent food comfortable to a fine restaurant but in a hospital setting. Leadership here is of excellent quality! Everyone here works together in sync to provide excellent care. They look forward every day coming here to give their best not just for the patients and family but to create an environment of healing. I couldn't be more satisfied!! Lubbock has a real Jewel with this awesome facility to help our citizens near and afar!

Excellent care! Compassionate people there are on a mission, to get you the patient back on your feet address your pain . You don't feel like you are left alone! Nurses and aids are looking in on you at a regular pace. Always asking if there's anything you need, how's your pain? Physical therapy is the very best! I loved the group therapy! They make it fun and all the patients are encouraged and applauded! Excellent service food served here is above par! The atmosphere here is light happy and encouraging. Lubbock is very fortunate to have this awesome facility and professional caretakers.

Elena RN in dialysis is the best. She's a go getter! Best inpatient dialysis I have ever experienced. Denise, RN and Samantha ,RN were also good and sweet.Sara in therapy is awesome! Outstanding staff at South Plains Rehabilitation Hospital.

Elena and Rubi in Dialysis are a blessing . They have made my husband’s experience here so much better. No one likes to be in the hospital but when you have people like these two that have a heart for people and a peace about them it isn’t as bad. We truly felt like we were experiencing angels among us. While at dialysis we received the best news ever that my husband is going to Dallas in the morning for transplant procedure. They were just as moved with joy about that news as I am. I believe God places people in your life along the way to improve the quality of life. They are a blessing and I would hope that all would strive to and aspire to live as they do. God truly is honored through their hands. Thank you for allowing me to express my thoughts. God bless

The last four weeks at South Plains Rehabilitation facility was an experience that we will not forget. We were welcomed to facility from the moment he entered his hospital room. The dialysis team made him comfortable, the patient was worried, scared to a new experience of dialysis. He was also in dire need of physical, occupational, and speech therapy. He had suffered a stroke which made his right leg, and left hand in tremendous pain. The staff were all very good and professional. The dietary manager, Rachel, ensured a guest tray after finding out that she was acquainted with us. Everyone was very nice and knew their jobs.
