We usually have a great experience, unfortunately this time it was not. I have two Siberian Huskies that needed their nails trimmed/grinded down. The nail technician came out to get one of them and wasn’t very friendly and seemed irritated. I did ask if there was anyway that I didn’t have to muzzle my oldest, it stresses her out and when I take her to get groomed somewhere else they don’t have to muzzle her. She told me no she has to be muzzled. After 5 minutes they brought one out and took the other one back muzzled. Technician still seems annoyed and drags my muzzled 7yr old back. She brings her back to me after 6-7 minutes and said she was really difficult and honestly so was the other one. They were both difficult today. I said I was sorry and she turned around and walked away. Went to pay my bill and it was 84$ for the both of them. I asked why, they said it’s for a difficult dog nail trim for both of them. Paid the bill and felt like they over charged me. Got home with my 2 stressed out huskies and called. The husky that was muzzled her nails were not all done. Both dogs nails were lightly clipped no grind. Ridiculous amount of money for this! Very disappointed. I will give a wonderful shout out to the ladies at the front desk, they are always friendly and welcoming!

They seem to be hit or miss. In the majority of my situations, they have been a major miss. If you just need something simple and they're close by and you don't mind paying more, they'll work. But if you have an issue or your animal is sick and needs treatment, they may not work. Some days, some of the staff are kind and seem like they care but other days they seem rude or angry. For all the years of experience, they aren't very knowledgeable and seem like they'd rather have you keep returning than actually help/cure your pet. One doctor said one thing then you'll see the other and hear something totally different, so they aren't even on the same page. They also didn't seem to know anything about the medication they were giving my pet. I had to research it and talk to a pharmacist who makes it then go back and tell them how it should be used because they were doing it incorrectly. After months of returning with no progress, I went to a different vet and even though she was a half hour from my house instead of 5 minutes, it took her one visit to cure my pet and it was very obvious she knew what she was doing and incredibly knowledgeable on the situation and medications. She was also much more affordable. If possible, I'd go somewhere else.

Would do 0 stars if I could. This office lies about appointment times so they can charge you fees. Front desk is wildly out of control and management does not care. So much medical neglect and improper business practices. NEVER TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. Do not ever consider them an animal hospital. They will not help you and by the time you make it to a proper hospital your pet may not make it. I cannot stress enough how cruel these people are

Terrible customer service, front staff was super disrespectful and refused to give me the name of the lady that was being disrespectful. I highly DONT recommend this place many others I found had the same issue.

The best vet techs, front desk staff, and vets in the area!!!! They are all compassionate, friendly, accommodating, and great with big scary breeds!!! I absolutely love them and couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional care of my animals.

South Creek is incredible. Every staff member is so kind and always show so much love and care for our pets. The doctors are the very best and provide great care and service. I give South Creek the highest recommendation. I only wish that I could give them a 10 star rating!
