Dr. Miller and his staff have been very reasonable and personable. I bought a case of low protein wet food for my dog, and my dog refused to eat it after a few days. Dr. Miller accepted a return of the unopened cans. He didn't have to do that, and I appreciate it. His staff is polite and kind. They return phone calls and have always been on top of things. You don't know how good you have it until you go to another vet and are treated terribly. I do recommend Dr. Miller. He is not a corporation and this business is not run to maximize profit like all the other vet practices. I actually vastly prefer waiting in my car as opposed to struggling to control my freaking out dogs in a waiting room with dogs and cats.

If you value transparency and a family-centered approach for your pet, do NOT take your pet here. Owners are not allowed inside the building much less the exam room. Additionally, I was quoted an outrageous price for a tick removal and told the only option was sedation. Not only is this unnecessarily expensive but extremely traumatic for an animal and the owner. The simple, rational solution would have been to allow me inside to ease my dog's anxiety. Instead I left feeling fear and confusion and frustration with a lack of compassion from the staff. I recommend this loving vet instead: Dr. Gary Roussopoulos!!

The whole staff has been amazing since day 1. I moved to the area about 3 years ago and this year took in a dog who needed some tlc. They took amazing care of Gizmo and soon I will be taking my cat in for her vaccines when its time. I love the friendly staff, and they are so great at helping me with any questions I have. They were also able to see Gizmo quick when he was having upper respiratory issues. Love them and will be recommending them to many more as I already have been ?

Dr Jason Miller has been watching over Cabo since I had him. I got Cabo when he was already 5. He's been the best dog ever. Now he's almost 14 and has had several old age issues. Dr. Miller has been very supportive to me and watching us go through these difficult years. It's great to have a vet who is compassionate and kind and listens.

I have found that the staff and Doctor really listen and help educate the owners. I really enjoy taking my dog there and will continue to as long as Dr Miller continues to operate the clinic. Best tech ever is Meg! She really cares about my dog and Marci goes out of her way to help you when you need it. Brooke has the sweetest voice and manner and we enjoy being greeted by her.

I made a first appointment over the phone, requesting to join my 15 year old dog inside for the Appointment, & let them know that he’s an Emotional Support Animal. They made the appointment and took all our info, & said they’d call me back after asking the Dr. They never did.

I showed up at my appointment on time with my dog, (even though I have been without power for 3 days), & they said they had no appointment listed for me. So not only did they not get back to me, they didn’t properly complete making the appointment. I said I wasn’t interested in working with a disorganized place & hung up (you have to call to get In). The Dr then chased me outside yelling to move my car or he’ll tow me while I Let me dog walk/pee for literally three minutes. Then he took pictures of my car & degraded my mermaid business, & threatened to write me bad reviews for a business he’s never made an inquiry about. This guy is a piece of work. Where are the honest, responsible, good vets in this town My 15 year old dog is my Everything & we both deserve more respect than we’ve recently gotten.
