My mom has been rehabilitating here for just about two weeks now. The nursing staff has been attentive and caring. The therapy staff is providing just the right amount of challenging activities and exercises while showing her kindness and care. Her room is private which is a huge bonus. It is kept clean and orderly. There were a few kinks upon admission (an oxygen concentrator that kept beeping, ordering of medication, and such) however the staff worked to reconcile all issues properly and ASAP. We are quite pleased thus far.

This place is disgraceful. The majority of the staff treats your loved ones like garbage. Left in their own fecal matter! not changing sheets. not cleaning up after them!! Nurses sleep on shift! Staff was getting high in the parking lot. The management have no control. Even TELLING STAFF to AVOID patients' rooms. STAY AWAY!!!

Thanks to the dedication and expertise of the team at Somerset Woods Nursing Home, my father's wound has healed remarkably well, and he is now on the road to recovery. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and support that he received.

My mother and I had to make the toughest decision by putting my grandfather in a nursing home. We both decided on Somerset Woods and have zero regrets. The staff treated my grandfather so kind and spoiled him (too much in my opinion lol). It's hard leaving a loved one in an unfamiliar facility with unfamiliar people. However week after week, I left knowing that he would be well taken care of and treated as if he was a family member by everyone. During his final moments we received an abundance of support all the way down to his final hour. If I haven't said it enough, thank you to Somerset Woods for their top quality care and comfort when my family needed it most.
