Megan is awesome! She takes 10 minutes before each groom to let my dog Chloe just sniff around a reacquaint herself. We chat during that time and Chloe always settles. Megan is attentive to whatever requests I might have for the groom, as sometimes she gets a different cut in the summer, and my pup always looks great! I also love that it’s just one dog at a time, so my girl isn’t having to wait in a kennel with other stressed out dogs nearby - the experience we’ve always had at other grooming salons. Megan comes equipped with many tips and tricks for the different temperaments of dogs she encounters, and has been able to handle my anxious girl better than other groomers. I will continue to visit Smarty Paws for Chloe’s grooming needs, and will soon be having my second puppy start here too!

I was having a hard time finding a local groomer that was accepting new clients and was also reasonably priced. I found Megan's listing and saw that she had great reviews and decided to give her call.

For a basic bath, blow dry, face and body trim plus nail clip on my Maltipoo it was $85+tip (prices vary by size of dog and other factors, check her service options). Megan operates her grooming space out of her garage at home, but keeps my pup comfortable and distracted with a large TV that she keeps tuned to Dog TV stations or videos. Scheduling with Megan is all done online and easy to do. Confirmation emails are sent after you book and reminder texts come when the groom is a week or less away.

My dog enjoys going to Megan's and comes back clean, smelling wonderful and evenly trimmed with no ridges on her body. Megan cares about animals and treats my precious pup as if she were her own. I'm so thankful to have found Megan and intend to continue using her for regular grooming maintenance. Thanks Megan!

Megan does a wonderful job grooming our shih tzu Lucky! He is a nervous boy and dislikes being groomed. He would be very anxious when we picked him up at his previous groomer, but when we pick him up from Megan he is more relaxed! I appreciate that she only grooms one pup at a time so you know your dog has her full attention. He is always looking his best now that we have him on a 4-week grooming schedule. Megan is so great and patient with my big Great Pyrenees that absolutely hates to be bathed! I was having a hard time finding a groomer due to her size and she gets very nervous around other barking dogs - so being the only client at a time works great for her. I don’t know how she does it - but my dog comes back a new bright white color, so soft and smelling great! Highly recommend!
