We had to board our two furballs, Callie and Drax for Thanksgiving and could not be happier! We picked them up and they were obviously so excited to see us again, but they’re WORE out. We got home and they went straight to the couch to nap, and even slept the whole way home! We will definitely use S&B when needed for these two!

We found this place to train our new puppy, Harry Pawter and they far exceeded our expectations. They were so nice and accommodating and the trainer, Logan, was just a dream. She even sent videos of training exercises for us to practice/copy as well. She and Harry had such a special bond by the end and he was so excited to see her. Thank you for the great work and care you had for our new pup. Highly recommend!

I can not share enough good things about S&B and their staff! After having a bad experience at another doggy daycare, we were hesitant to send our high energy dog to another facility. But the staff at Sled and Breakfast have gone above and beyond to make us and our pup comfortable. They take safety and cleanliness very seriously and the staff even knows our pups name when we come in the door! We recently boarded him too and he came home exhausted! They also sent us pictures throughout his time with him and gave him an extra snuggle at night. We recommend S&B to every pet parent!

I am a foster with a rescue, and I recently encountered a challenging situation that I feel needs to be addressed. I know someone who frequently uses your facility for daycare and boarding. They reached out to your trainers on my behalf to see if they could help with a dog I am fostering—a dog who was returned after four years of adoption.

This dog has significant behavioral challenges, including anxiety, confidence issues, leash aggression, and difficulty with strangers entering the home. I initially set up a meeting with one of your trainers, and while the session lasted an hour, the primary takeaway was that saying her name and praising her would help build her confidence. While I appreciated the suggestion, I felt there had to be more that I could do to help her overcome these challenges.

I reached out to the person I knew, who contacted your team again, and a second session was arranged. This time, I felt more confident in the strategies discussed, and I was told that I could have a couple of free training sessions and that her future adopters could also receive a few free sessions. I also received an email with additional suggestions, which made me feel optimistic about continuing the training process.

When I reached out to schedule our first session, I was asked whether I wanted the trainer to come to my home or if I preferred to go to the facility. Since I have to medicate the dog with anxiety meds for transport, I requested that the trainer come to us. I now that I had mentioned previously to both trainers and the person who originally reached out on my behalf, that I live 45 mins away.

After making the request, I was told that trainers only travel within a 15-minute radius. While I was disappointed, I agreed to come to the facility instead. However, I was then informed of the fee scale for sessions. This caught me completely off guard, as I had been told earlier that I would receive a couple of free sessions, both for myself and for the dog’s adopters.

My messages about this concern went unanswered. As a foster with a rescue that operates solely on volunteer efforts and donations, paying for training is not always feasible. I am frustrated by what feels like a bait-and-switch situation. I am fostering this dog, who has been with me since May with no adoption interest, and I reached out in desperation to help her. To be promised free sessions only to later be told otherwise feels deeply unfair to those of us working hard to give these animals a chance.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has been incredibly disheartening.

Wonderful facility, highly recommend!! Staff was super kind and caring. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Logan was fantastic with training my Australian Cattle Dog puppy and keeping me informed daily on his progress.

So happy we found Sled & Breakfast! The staff is wonderful and my dog Luther absolutely loves it here. He does daycare a couple times a week and occasional overnight boarding as well. I love that someone is always in the building 24 hours a day with the dogs. Their drop off and pick up hours are super convenient. Most importantly I know my dog is safe and having fun here.

My Bernie has attended daycare for 10 months. He goes once a week and starts barking when we pull into the parking lot because he LOVES it! We have both completed day and private training and learned so much. The trainers are professional and are so knowledgeable. They not only work with the dogs but they work with the owners so that the learning transfers outside of the facility. Bernie spent the night recently in the boarding facility. I would not leave my furr baby with anyone else. He came home happy and healthy. Sled and Breakfast provides top notch care for all of the dogs and families they serve. I highly recommend.

We took our 1 year old Husky mix (Maeby ) to Sled and Breakfast for boarding and training while we were on vacation, and couldn't have been happier with the results. Logan was an excellent trainer. She was very communicative throughout the process and tailored the training to the strengths and needs of our dog. We realize that the difficult part of her job is training us, the humans, to continue working with Maebs on the same commands, with the same consistency at home. She did a great job instructing us during our learning sessions, and was patient, kind, and reassuring with us when we had questions or wanted to focus on certain behaviors. Maeby has been doing great since finishing her training, I will 100% use S&B to baord again, and I have already recommended Logan to others as a trainer. Thanks guys!
