They were wonderful in our time of need. While bittersweet because my cat of 21 years was dying, they were wonderful, supportive, and amazing. They took us end of day before a holiday and gave us all the time we needed with our fur baby.

My Pomeranian Buddy developed an anal infection in September and the vet we used to go to did not even submit any tests to see which bacteria was causing it. When he started to bleed I was fortunate enough to go to Silicon Valley Pet Clinic where Dr Pavloski noted it was already an abscess. He surgically placed two tubes into Buddy’s anal glands to secrete out the infection. The tests he submitted identified the bacteria so that correct antibiotics could be used. The office and the doctors took great care of Buddy and made sure he got through it without too much pain. They are now our go to vets.

This was the best veterinary place I have been to. All the staff in every department is really nice and you can tell they actually care about getting the animals better. I took my dog Luna here cause she was very ill and the doctors helped her get back to her normal self! Thank you !

I’m deeply disappointed with the care my dog received. My experience was marred by a lack of genuine concern for my pet’s well-being and an overwhelming focus on financial matters.

When I first brought my dog in for treatment, I was struck by how the clinic seemed more interested in discussing costs rather than addressing my pet’s urgent health needs. Despite my efforts to understand the treatment plan, I felt like the emphasis was on upselling services rather than providing compassionate care.

The most distressing part came during a visit to check on my dog. When I arrived, I was horrified to find him in a filthy condition. It was clear that basic hygiene and care standards were not being met. This was not only upsetting but also deeply concerning, as it seemed to reflect a broader disregard for my pet’s comfort and health.

Unfortunately, despite the financial burden and the lack of proper care, we were unable to save my dog. The whole experience left me feeling that they prioritize profits over patient care, and I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. If its not up front they don't care, if you love your animal DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should have their credentials revoked...that is if they have any....

I took my dog here after he opened his neuter stitches and the clinic I normally go to was closed. The vet took a quick glance and told me they had to restitch him which I expected. It didn’t take very long and they charged me a good 500 and told me to come back for a check up. I let the vet know I had an appointment coming up at my regular clinic and if I should still bring him in. The vet quickly said that it was up to me but since he worked on my dog the other clinic might not know what he did. So I came back for a checkup they had scheduled and the vet took him in for a couple minutes and brought him right back out told me everything looked fine, charged me 35 and told me to come back in 3 days to remove his stitches. I went to my regular clinic and my dogs vet told me his incision was actually not even closing. How were the stitches going to be removed in 3 days if the incision wasn’t even closing? I do believe the reviews I read on this clinic mentioned that everyone is highly experienced and knowledgeable which was the reason for the prices, but my dog ended up needing to be restitched yet again. I appreciate the time and energy it took to restitch my dog, but this, along with the other much worse reviews I’ve read about this clinic, leave me hoping I don’t need to come back.

They will try to do an x-ray for any condition and charge you $300 and then another $300 for sedation because they can’t handle a 9lb cat. Took my cat for a sore throat and described all the symptoms of a cold, but instead of doing tests for viral infections or anything like that, they go straight to x-raying. They don’t wanna help your animal, they just want money. They wont prescribe treatment for whats likely the actual cause. The evaluation is only $55 because they'll always want to x-ray LOL. My cat fully recovered after 2 days. Save your money and go anywhere else

I took my cat, which had been vomiting all day, to have it checked for a foreign substance in the system. If it were a human, we would give a laxative to try and remove anything that’s blocked. Since I’m not an expert, we trusted the doctors, who suggested taking an X-ray, which cost over $300. Once we got the X-ray, they identified the presence of a foreign substance.

Later, Dr. Bhupinder Gahra zoomed in on one of the images and said that one of the kidneys was swollen, and we might need to do blood work (which would cost $500+). He also mentioned that the swelling could be due to dehydration. Later, they said the blood work and kidney were fine. However, when we reminded them of what was said earlier, he said he would double-check, but we never heard anything further.

Then they said overnight hospitalization might be necessary as the car was lacking vitamins and other fluids due to vomiting, and they recommended a “barium treatment” for the next day, which came with an estimate of $1,000+. When we asked if hospitalization was truly necessary, they deflected by asking if we had insurance, which was shocking. I was more concerned about whether my pet needed to be hospitalized, yet they focused on insurance, making it seem like a money grab. When asked who would be taking care of her, they said none of them would be present overnight, but they could monitor remotely through a phone app. As a layman, I wondered why they needed to hospitalize her and charge $1,000 if nothing significant would happen that night.

After our interaction with the doctor, we began losing trust in their words and felt they were trying to take advantage of us, so we decided to take her home. The next day, they performed the barium treatment and X-rays for over $500. When we returned to get the results, they told us they couldn’t provide any conclusions because they weren’t radiology experts. They informed us we would need to pay another $500+ for a radiologist’s consultation.

At this point, we had already spent over $2,500, and our frustration reached its peak when they said we would need to pay even more for a specialist’s opinion.

In the end, we spent over $2,500, and they merely prescribed laxatives and oral medication without providing any conclusive answers. We’re now in a position where we don’t even understand what we paid for.

To top it off, Dr. Bhupinder Gahra l, and this place seems to be a complete rip-off, worse than other hospitals. At least other places offer a solution after overcharging for a small problem. We just swiped our cards left and right, and now we’re at home without any answers.

I’m extremely disappointed with the appointment system at this place. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:30 PM, but ended up waiting for an entire hour until 1:30 PM before being seen. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with the well-being of pets. The clinic clearly overbooks or has no regard for their clients’ time. While the staff may be friendly, the poor management of appointments leaves much to be desired. If you value your time, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
