We have been going to Suerra Veterinary Clinic since the early 1980's. We have always had good to excellent care for our dogs and cats. I even hate to write this today because Dr. Yau has given our dogs good care and treated our oldest, Cody with lots of love and compassion, but yesterday was, by far, our worst experience with a Vet. Cody has been I'll for some time and knew we would have to euthanize him when he started losing quality of life. Thursday, he didn't eat and by Friday morning he completely stopped eating or drinking. By his appearance, we knew he was in pain. We called Sierra and got a voice mail message that they were with other customers and would call right back. After several calls we NEVER received a return call. We ended up taking Cody to a different Vet who kindly, lovingly, and compassionate helped us to say good bye to our furkid for the past 14 years.

I took my cat to this office for the first time and was very pleased with the care and exceptional service. The separate waiting area and exam rooms specific to dogs or cats was delightful.

Dr. Colin was thorough with the exam and very caring with my cat. She was able to diagnose the problem and provide an excellent treatment plan.

It's so nice to find a good veterinary. I will definitely return for their services.

So happy I brought my dog here. The vet was amazing! He educated us on the food and other things to do for my dogs hair lost. It was very reasonable and clean. Everyone here truly took pride in their career. I will continue to bring my fur baby here.

I love Sierra Vet!! Dr. Cleary and Dr. Yao are both amazing! I have not had the opportunity to work with Dr. Gillam but have seen her interact with clients and I can tell she loves her patients as do all the staff at SVC. I recommend all my friends and family to take their fur babies, from grooming to general health care they are pawsome.?❤?.

Really confident about bringing Ginger to Sierra Vet. They treat her like she's their pet. Don't try to money-grab. Been to other vets in area and lost confidence quick. Great place for your pet!

Extremely overpriced compared to everyone else and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Vets here are not very helpful and care for money and not animals. The main vet here, Dr Yao, who is a business partner, will withhold treatment and offer no help unless you are willing to pay for all their expensive services first. Even though she can give medicines to help your pet, she will not do it until you pay for unnecessary procedures. She is evil because she will let your pet suffer and act as if she doesn't know what's going on when she does. There are a lot of bad vets in Stockton but this is one of the worst. Even mediocre vets will still offer some help and treatment or medicine and try to do something for your pet, but that won't happen here. They should be shut down but there is little accountability in the veterinary industry so people like this can stay in business. I'm convinced that the positive reviews are fake or paid for. Look at the 1 star reviews and you will see us all say pretty much the same thing, which will give you the real picture of this corrupt business.
