My wife was admitted to Shenandoah Nursing home for rehab. It's great, staff is friendly and caring. The admissions director couldn't have been more helpful and opened a room exactly when it was needed. Very thankful for Shenandoah Nursing home.

Had the pleasure of spending time this week with Lori and her amazing team at Shenandoah. Not only is this team savvy but the facilities are impeccably clean and maintained. The residents were well kept and visibly happy- who wouldn't be with fresh baked bread daily! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give this place 1000 stars I would! Having to deal with trying to get Medicaid for my mom I can not say enough of how Victoria was so helpful! She literally was available for all my questions and there was a lot. She held my hand and even calmed my nerves because it is so much paperwork needed. She never let me feel that I was bugging her at all. I can't say enough about Marion, who has touched base with my family and siblings about helping Mom adjust with her new normal. Being the social worker there she has touched base with mom weekly to make sure she is adjusting. Genia, who does the admissions there, is amazing! She also helped getting mom settled and has touched base with our family with sometime weekly updates.
The administration staff here is one the top notch in the field and I am so blessed to have mom there. Any one looking for a place that cares well this IS IT! Thank you everyone for what you have done!

The team at Shenandoah took excellent care of my Great Aunt in her last days here. The medical care, nursing care, and rehab is superb. She could not have been better taken care of. They made her transition peaceful and painless for her. Thanks to Team Shenandoah for all you do everyday for the residents and families.

When my mom had a stroke and she was not near me and she needed rehabilitation from it. We were blessed to have her go to Shenandoah Rehab.
The staff was amazing!!!!! The place was clean and well organized.
My mom worked so hard with the PT and OT that she came home 3 weeks earlier.
I did not have to worry about her while she was there and I am so thankful for Shenandoah for loving on my mom!!!

A few years ago I spent 5 weeks here. I had a stroke & fell and broke my hip. I had great care and was treated like family. If you or a loved one would need care, I strongly recommend Shenandoah Nursing home.

I was going to give 4 stars (deducting one star for the food), but there are some things that make the food fade to insignificance, such as the quality of the people at Shenandoah. When I arrived, I was in really bad shape, weak and in pain. Because of the staff's expertise and caring attention, I was able to gradually improve and return home. Everyone, including nurses, CNAs, therapists, and administrators, was highly competent and seemed to really care about my progress. They took the time to talk with me as a person rather than just a patient. This sums it up best: When I arrived, all I wanted was to get out. By the time I left, I felt a twinge of regret at having to leave a lot of friends behind. Thank you all - I'll never forget.

After a recent injury , I was very fortunate, after a terrible two week stay at another rehab facility in Fishersville, to gain admission to Shenandoah Nursing & Rehab facility. All staff; administrators, PA, nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, and housekeeping were extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and very caring. My care was wonderful and I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect by all. Therapy was outstanding. Food was great. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to rehabilitate at Shenandoah Nursing & Rehab.

I highly recommend Shenandoah Nursing & Rehab and will continue to sing their praises.
