Excellent customer service. They almost always answer the phone when you call. If you need to leave a message they call you back promptly. They fill my prescription quickly and will mail it if need be. Highly recommend.

Had cat medicine ordered from this vendor. Someone called me and we discussed total chargef of $56.00. When med was shipped, I found a charge of $75.00, which was $19 more than what was discussed. Called them thrice to discuss on Dec.24th and no one picked up the call. Disputed the charge with my bank. Tom, the owner called me today explaing rest of the charge was for shipping and tax. My point was why shipping and taxes were not discussed while they were giving me the estimate of total charge before shgipping it? In my mind, $56 was the total cost inluding all kind chartges and taxes. If its few dollar here and there I would not have disputed it. Tom did not acept that argument it seems. My advise to all, pls be transparent and up front about your charges and toltal cost of the drug before you ship. It is not nice to charge something to your customer, which was not disclosed up front.

Shamrock pharmacy is an outstanding resource for our community. We have a senior citizen cat who requires specialty medications. They have been AMAZING at finding resources to help get his medication into him since he is such a picky eater. They have created customized treats with his medication in them, and when he decided he wouldn’t eat those anymore they came up with a solution to put the medicine in a transdermal medium that we just have to rub on his ears. They provide great personalized care with outstanding customer service. They don’t just fill the prescription, they take genuine interest in our animals. They have good ideas and suggestions and are willing to work closely with you and your vet to get your pet the medication they need.

I’m so grateful that we have Shamrock available to us. They have given us the gift of several more quality years with our furry little family member 🙂

The employees at Shamrock are nothing short of phenomenal! The staff is always kind and willing to answer my questions. Getting a refill is a breeze! They are always willing to contact my vet for me. They ship my product right to my house with a marker on the syringe for the dosage. I highly recommend!!

Highly recommend!! My cat is currently taking medication three times a day and the only way I’ve been able to do that is with the special compound that Shamrock has made. My cat actually likes the taste of the medication now!! And their customer service is always fantastic!!

We’re lucky to have a place like this in the area. I needed specialty meds for my cat and they were able to make them up quickly and at a reasonable price. They even called to verify what flavor he would like. Several options were available for pick up our delivery and the staff and pharmacist made sure I had everything I needed and knew how to use it before I left. They even threw in some cat treats. Overall a great experience!
