My dog has never been to a doggie spa type thing and at first he was not sure as he is my service dog. After I left and came back he was so happy and well behaved. He will be coming back.

Took my husky in today to get his coat blown out since he is getting his summer coat. He was a little worry sum when I first left but when I got back he was happy and looked like a new dog! Definitely will come back this winter when he gets his winter coat!

They groomed 3 of my Dogs. My German Shepherd wasn't happy being groomed but they handled her professionally & with patience. Our Dogs looked amazing when we picked them up. We definitely will be bringing our Dogs here again

Did a great job on our puppers. One didn’t want to cooperate which was not their fault. He’s a hand full and big. He did come home smelling nice and looking good after a bath. Our girl Pancake was fresh and pretty nails done and a bath. Staff was nice and did try very hard to get Wilbur to cooperate. They were able to schedule us in fast. Give them a try.

We have used Shampoochies multiples times now and each time I have been more than impressed. Each time I have taken them, both of my large dogs (I have a great Pyrenees and a Husky) are perfectly trimmed, washed and dried. They feel like brand new dogs for well over a week after we take them. I recommend Shampoochies to anyone and I will continue to be a regular customer.

Well, they only charged five bucks to trim my pit bulls nails. So I guess you get what you pay for. When we got there and asked for a nail trim, they brought out the clippers and the file directly to the front of the store, by the counter and asked me to hold my dog down. There are a few problems with this. 1. If I could have anyone else hold my dog down without professional training and get his nails clipped, I’d do it myself. 2. At the front of the store, if the door opened, my dog could easily scramble out into the street out of fear.
So after they decided that wasn’t going to work (which I told them it wouldn’t) they asked me if i still wanted them cut. OF COURSE I STILL WANT THEM CUT. but I just told them I would take him to another groomer and pay more if I knew the job would get done.
That’s when they decided to take my dog back, put him on an actual grooming table, and try it the way I’ve always seen it done. After a few minutes they came back, and said “well that’s the best we can do” I paid and left even though the job was only half done.
Not even to mention the place was dirty, disorganized and absolutely hectic.
Like I said, it was a walk in, and it was five bucks. So i can’t be too upset over the price/service. But for my dogs welfare and making sure he’s taken care of properly I will continue to pay MORE money OUT OF TOWN for grooming services.
