Love this place, has it all for most pets. I have taken my dog there to bath(2 rooms) twice. Great set up! I needed. To set up my service dog with good harness, they had a great easy to put on/off @ reasonable price.

My golden retriever developed a heart condition due to a grain free diet. I went in to discuss dog food options and I was met with amazing expertise. These ladies really know their stuff and were extremely helpful finding the right dog food for my boy. They were highly knowledgeable about food allergies specific to the breed. I will continue to support this local store

Amazing, knowledgeable people who really love animals! I took my best friend there to groom her dogs and the owner took the time to help us personally when the bigger of them was being difficult.

All quality goods, and stuff for all breeds, not just generics. This is one of the only places that carry toys and gear rated for my staffie and my friend's kangal.

The only reason I even hesitated giving it 5 stars is that they seem to be a bit understaffed: I've been on several waiting lists for seasonal or out of stock things and never gotten called.

Why can't I find the brands of dog food you supply on your website?

BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE AND THE FACT MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS YOUR WEBSITE, I FIND MY ORIGINAL 1 STAR TO BE EXTREMELY UNFAIR.
REVISED TO 5 STARS DUE TO THE FRIENDLINESS, KNOWLEDGE OF STAFF, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (I have always felt that I was the only customer you had) , AND WIDE VARIETY OF DOG FOOD.
I apologize for my prior rating. I do marketing and am an ISA in real estate and understand the importance of Google reviews. 5 stars my friends. My only suggestion is to take the time to add all items in your store to your website whether they are quick or slow movers. Somebody may see the slow mover and turn it into a quicker mover. I almost assumed you no longer carried my dog's food and went elsewhere.
