Every single person working there from the vets to vet tech to the receptionist every person is so nice and helpful I come here all the time for my dog. Everyone is so sweet to my dog and they are so gentle and caring. I highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean and have low windows so my beagle is able to see the cars pass by while we wait in the room. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a veterinarian.

I took my dog in because of a very large abscess on her hip. She had to be put under to have it drained and cleaned. When I picked her up, she had two leaking drain tubes in her hip, and we were told to come back 8 days later to have them removed. I was given zero information ahead of time about the tubes. It would have been nice to have been more prepared, because they made a huge mess. They charged us again when we returned to have the drain tubes removed, as if we had a choice. I wasn't informed beforehand of this charge either. Everyone was very nice, especially the techs, but the lack of communication made this a VERY frustrating experience. I won't be returning.

This is my first time coming here to bring my French bulldog it was very quick , we had such a pleasant experience. They had excellent service. They were all so informative any questions I had they had an answer or solution to. I 100% recommend, pricing are not bad as well they had reasonable prices !

I lost my Bella several months ago. It was a very emotional time for me and my family. They did everything they could for her, but in the end her cancer was too progressive. Alot of self-blame on myself, for not getting her checked out sooner than I did. They were always warm and caring till the end. I am thankful for their thoughtfullness even after I had to put her to sleep. Very wonderful and caring doctor and staff. <3

I got an email this morning to deworm my dog For fun! So it reminded me I never reviewed this horrible place from last year. The vet techs are AWESOME it was the receptionist & the dr.
Ever since I got her dewormed for roundworms at 5 months with them, all of her food allergies started. She cried all night both deworming sessions & was never the same.
I took her a few times and said I heard about apoquel, they easily filled a prescription without even explaining it can cause cancer AND isn’t recommended for dogs under a year (was 6 months MAYBE). I pulled her off after a week because it didn’t work anyways, luckily.
After doing a blood allergy test the dr said she needed to be on prednisone that it would help the itching. Did NOT explain how hard it is or anything.
She started bleeding out of her butt & when I called the front desk asking if I needed to take her to the emergency vet, she could care less. Just kept saying “they’re at the farm”. All other places would have given advice. I never went back & my new vet explained how harsh all these medicines were and she should NOT have been on them at 6 months old. They hand medicine out like candy as someone else reported! Horrible place& I love my new vet at care at the courtyard! Super thorough & explain EVERYTHING unlike this place! They should NOT be listening to pet parents & just giving random things out without explaining! I had to read into everything they were giving her.

Doctor Cesar and his staff are outstanding! They show compassion and empathy. I feel confident taking my pets to this clinic and will continue to do so. They're always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure the pets are well taken care of.
