My husband had excellent care while at Scott Lake. The facility is kept sparkling clean, the nurses and cna’s are very pleasant and extremely dedicated. There are many activities for patients. Christmas decorations went above and beyond festive which made the holidays more palatable. The PT/OT/Speech staff care deeply about their patients and the results speak for themselves. The receptionists are all super friendly and welcoming 😊 Our social services director Michelle made sure everything was in order upon discharge for a smooth transition to home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a friend staying in the rehab area .
First impression was the cleanliness of the facility, and then the pleasant caring staff.
She had lunch served during my visit, I was impressed, and she raved on how good the food was. The CNA's caring for her genuinely care about the patient and their needs.
Thank you for all the care and attention given to the patients.

Every place has it's pros and cons. No place is perfect. My wife was here for 6 weeks, and I can say, she was pleased with her stay, and my wife is not someone who is easy to please. Certain employees were terrific such as the CNA Linda, Nurse Kim, PT's & OT's Sonya, Con, and Alex who went above and beyond with their expertise. The facility was always spotless. The patient's meals were adequate and that's all I can say on that subject. One word of advice I can give is to make it easier for a visitor to get water without looking for an employee to ask for it. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anybody needing rehab.

The staff were kind, courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. They were instrumental in directing me to the patient I came to visit.
It was a very rewarding experience. I am a retired Healthcare (Hospice Chaplain) and during my twenty-two years experience, I visited numerous facilities (nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, etc). My experience at Scott’s was very endearing.

Alvin the nursed is very very nice and professional
A beautiful person.
And know hes in the management position so we are happy he was promoted.

Great place for rehab after a hospital stay. It is clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the therapy staff is excellent. We’ve been to many facilities in Lakeland over the years that we would never want to return to, but Scott Lake is top of my list if we ever need this type of care again.
