I'm so happy with the Scenthound, it was my first time taking my dog, Molly there and they did a great job grooming her. She looks like a new dog LOL. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend taking your pet to Scenthound. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I brought my 14-year-old dog Henry to Scenthound and couldn't be happier with the care he received. Henry's back legs aren't doing well, but the staff took exceptional care of him, addressing all his needs with great attention and compassion.

They provided a comprehensive service, including nail trimming, teeth cleaning, ear and coat washing, and skin check. They also offered many other services at very reasonable prices. The team genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets they treat.

Given their excellent service and affordable rates, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

If I could give the Boca location zero stars or less I would. Everything this place offers costs extra money down to just the basic of services. I was excited to try a new place after seeing the ad on instagram and reading the reviews only to be disappointed. I brought my dog for the “basic hygiene” package which was advertised as a “try us out” special, however when I arrived to pick up my dog I was immediately asked for payment and a tip without seeing how my dog was first. They brought him out with his harness on incorrectly and handed him over. When I put him in the car I noticed he was completely soaking wet as if he hadn’t been dried. The basic package says they would towel dry him but he was soaked. I was also told I would receive a report on him that day but 5 days later I still didn’t get it so I called. After speaking with the receptionist and explaining my concerns all she said was “sorry” and if I wanted to come back she would see what they could do. I asked how much a blow dry was I was quoted 18 dollars for a tiny 29 pound dog. We will not be returning after seeing the condition he was in and how miserable he looked on the ride home.

I’m a customer of the Boca Raton Glades location and is basically happy with the care of my dog. The reason for the 2 STARS is for them not answering their phone. I have been calling for the past 3 days and I only get their voicemail. I needed to speak with them on the day my dog was being groomed, which was Saturday and I left a message; today is Monday and I still haven’t received a return call. I don’t know what’s going on. This was never their behavior.

Benji goes every Friday for his bubbly bath ! I baby sit many dogs and I make sure they get a spa day ! Those parents and myself give a high 5 to the staff and service and I would join them !

Truly a 5 Star Experience! Keeley is the best groomer I have had and my 5th in 2 years. She is kind and does a wonderful job. And my dog absolutely loves her! We are greeted with smiles and leaving happy!

Gosh where do I start, let’s start from the beginning. Since day one we’ve been unhappy let’s start with they make it seem like you’re getting a good deal but then you’re getting charged left and right for every little extra thing you can think of. Our dog is seven years old and has been to multiple places and loves going! This is the first time she looks petrified going in and coming out of somewhere, we tried going several times after that to give it a chance and seems to be the same result every time. It’s just been terrible service all around…the baths, the cuts, everything is hall done or better word unprofessional. last draw was going in for a bath and a face cut and came back with the top of his head, chopped up like a second grader did it. A face cut means around the mouth and eyes. I hope the company reads this and tries better! Bottom line you get what you pay for and this is basically the flea market of dog care!
