The doctors are amazing and so are the nurses. The doctor here showed us that my boyfriend was misdiagnosed at a different hospital. Helping him understand what’s wrong and fulfill his needs. They were in and out with every process they did. What took 4 hours at a different hospital only took 1 hour there. Again. I love nurses and doctors, very friendly, funny and down to earth. ❤️

Went there because i could not stop puking. Was in there for 4 hours most the time waiting! Now have a $10,400.00 bill sitting in front of me. Was still puking when i left. Also it was education day so had a student in there learning on me.

My mom was recently there in an emergency situation. They stabilized her and then worked hard to find her the needed facility to be transferred to. My family and I are truly greatful for the great care and professionalism received!

I havent had a sweeter, kinder group of people take care of myself or my husband. They took care of my broken arm in April, and took care of my husband last Tuesday in an emergency situation. All the staff were kind, and caring! The drawback he was life flighted to Urbana. I wish they offered trauma care. Every step was explained and what was going on in his body with dignity and caring. I thank you so much for all you did.

The walk in clinic is horrible. Nursing staff is ALWAYS friendly and great to work with. However the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. We have been the only people in there to be seen and the wait time is STILL around about 1 hour. A few of the receptionists are horrible to talk to on the phone, they either cut you off very quickly without you finishing what you needed to say or they're not welcoming. One receptionist was taking so many calls I was put on hold several times, "I'm sorry I'm going to have to put you on hold to answer this phone" patient service shouldn't be pushed to the side. It was total of 13 mins just to be registered while being put on hold several times and she even got confused with us and other patients due to putting people on hold to many times. I dread coming here anymore and will be switching drs

So many people want to leave bad reviews when it comes to healthcare. We all can be upset, but there are so many who dedicate their lives to the care of others. I’ve had two people go out of their way for me for different reasons. Dawn Welch took time to explain situations of the end of life, and ensure my family had the best care at this time. Sara Frailey also has gone above and beyond with serious issues. She made some life changing care that was unexpected! They both deserve daisy awards for their life long love and care for others!! Thank you so!

Have had to take my husband to ER twice and each time we were happy with his care.
