Best dog daycare in Chicago.
Recently moved to Chicago and previously, my dog has been apprehensive about being left anywhere. My dog gets so excited to go there and sprints to the door in the morning.
Reasonable prices, clean facility and staff is very attentive to the dogs. The staff has been incredibly caring and professional. They truly seem to enjoy their job!
Would definitely recommend!

I recently took my dog, Steffy, to SBK Dog Club, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The grooming itself was top-notch, Steffy came out looking clean, well-trimmed, and smelled great! I also appreciated the detailed report they gave me about her behavior and any issues they noticed during grooming.

Great experience at SBK! I’ve taken my active 1.5 year old dog here for all day daycare several times. He seems to love all the play since he’s exhausted when we get home. Jerome has been wonderful and seems to truly enjoy his work! A little pricey but the location is right by my work so it’s worth it.

My two 13 year old rescue Westies have never looked better since we started going to SBK for grooming. One of them can be quite skittish about anyone touching her face, but she seems not to mind at SBK. This is a happy place for our dear furry friends.

I can’t speak to the daycare or anything (it looked nice from reception) but they seem to be disorganized unfortunately. I submitted an online inquiry for grooming and then also spoke to a staff member on the phone to schedule the appointment. When we arrived at the appointment, they took our pup back, told us they would call us when he’s done, and we left. Unfortunately they called us about 10 mins later to say they didn’t have him on the schedule and asked who did I speak to to book the appointment. They said they could squeeze him in but that it would take longer than anticipated. Our pup is quite anxious so we didn’t want him sitting there any longer than needed and we also thought that if they’re that disorganised with appointments and will take your dog in without checking, then what else are they disorganised with? Disorganisation leads to accidents. We were first time clients and if we were not in the system then how did they plan to call me? They must have gotten my number from his collar tag, which is a scary thought. We just moved to the area so we were hoping to find a good groomer close by, but we’ll just be commuting back to our trusted groomer in the South Loop after all.
