VERY friendly staff! Was gone for 7 days and when we called we always got a full detailed report! We gave the staff a few pointers on things our girl liked and they used them making her stay so good for her! We will definitely be back. Thanks Sawgrass staff for making it easier for our girl!

My fur baby GREMLIN had a wonderful time staying here for the past week. The staff is excellent. He loved all the play time, hugs and tummy rubs from staff.

First time that we had to board our Corgi. We were gone two weeks and called several times and the staff was awesome...sending us photos of our baby as well as keeping us informed about her daily progress and activities. They took great care of her..I wish I could give you all 7 stars..that's how happy we were with you all. Thank you for everything..we will be back.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and really seemed to care about our dog!!! We’re going on a vacation in April will definitely be going back again!! Thank you for taking such good care of our boy when we were camping!!!
Added update We went on vacation for over a week once again the staff were so very nice and welcoming! When they brought our dog out you could tell our baby was happy and well cared for!! The way this kennel cares for our dog makes it a lot easier to enjoy vacation because we know he is well cared for when we are away!!!

My Goldendoodle was boarded at Sawgrass for nine nights. They charged me $33 per night, plus an additional $33 for an “additional day”. I arrived to pick up my dog as soon as they opened at 3:30 pm. I should NOT have been charged for an additional day. I was also charged a $10 fee for credit card payment. There was NO signage or prior notification that there would be an additional charge for credit card payments. These additional charges are excessive and egregious.

I highly recommend Sawgrass Kennels. My dogs absolutely love going there. The people that work there are fantastic they take such great care of your pets. They are the very best kennel’s you can’t find any other kennels that even come close to taking care of your sweet pets.
