After bought by new owners and recently reopening in feb ‘22 this place is absolutely amazing. amazing service and new and improved staff. Will be bringing my puppy nova here FOREVER she always looks so beautiful leaving there !!!!! 11/10 recommend!

We are so pleased with everything - grooming, accommodating schedules, friendliness. When I went to pick up the dogs, they were walking around like they owned the place & looked like they were having a great time. We’re definitely glad we switched from the other groomer.

Wonderful staff that truly care about your pet. The employees are always courteous and helpful. My dog loves to come and get a trim, bath and pampered at Salty Dawgs!! Highly Recommend. Plus they work hard to find times convenient for my schedule and prices are competitive.

I have been bringing my long haired dachshund here for about a year and this past weekend was my last time coming here. I gave this place so many chances after having to go back after bad haircuts, missed nail trims, etc. I finally thought this may work after I received an amazing hair cut from Bre! I decided to reschedule and asked specifically for bre because we finally had a good experience. When I called I spoke to Libby and asked specifically for days that bre worked in which she replied saturdays & I scheduled for then. When I first got there I saw bre was still grooming another dog but thought no worries, I’m sure she will be done soon. When we returned to pick up my dog, we pulled up to see someone who has groomed my dog in the past who has given us a below average, lazy cut grooming my dog which I was furious. I write this 2 days post groom and my dog barely looks like he was touched and was there for 2 hours, very messy paw groom, still has a mat under his arm, messy ears, & untrimmed nails(they told me to take him to the vet to get nails trimmed even though I pay them for this) The reason I was willing to come back and pay what I did was for Bre to groom my dog. Fast forward we are waiting to pay and there are other guests also waiting in the lobby. They bring my dog leashed and we are waiting in line, Libby goes back to get another dog (unleashed) and lets him run free and the dog comes right for my little dachshund and snaps at him almost creating a very scary situation & my dog was terrified. I expressed my aggravation to Libby in which she blamed not having bre groom my dog for “a rotation on the weekend” that’s fine but when someone is paying for a specific groomer, they better get that groomer regardless of a rotation. THEN- I go to pay and she tries to charge me $65 in which i immediately call her out and ask why the increase to hear her blame someone for putting it in wrong…which was her & looking back at past charges from this place I have been scammed $65 for other grooms because they put my small 15lb dog in as a large dog fee. Safe to say I will never be coming back!

I had a poor experience with another groomer In the past. They knew that and did everything they could to make sure that my Harriet was taken care of. They went above and beyond and my baby looks wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! Def have a repeat customer 💕💕

We brought out 7 month old bernedoodle puppy here for his first cut, and it turned out awesome! When I went to pick him up he was super happy and I could tell they took good care of him. It can be so difficult to find a new groomer and we are not disappointed! The prices are great too. We will definitely be regular customers.

We had such a great experience at Salty Dawg! The staff was so friendly and professional and they did great work! Our little Sunny came home looking and smelling great with cute little bows in her fur! She seemed so happy, I could tell she was loved on! We’ve tried many different places in town and this one is the best! Highly recommend!

Clean place, Attentive and caring staff. Grooming service for my Golden Retriever who is shedding like crazy. Reasonable price and addressed my concerns and worked on details. Have good space for day campers to play indoors.
