When my previous vet was taken over by VCA, things went downhill fast. Suddenly, every decision felt more about their bottom line than my pets’ well-being. That’s when I decided to make a switch, and this private practice has been a game-changer.

Kathy at the front desk is a gem—helpful, kind, and just the right amount of no-nonsense. Dr. Williams is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that even I (a person who once Googled “dog sneezes—is it fatal?”) could understand.

As for my grumbly-but-lovable dog? They didn’t slap a muzzle on him the second he got anxious. They actually worked with him patiently—who knew such a thing was possible?

And the bill? Let’s just say I didn’t feel like I’d need to sell a kidney to cover it. If you’re tired of feeling like a corporate spreadsheet entry, this is the place to go.

Fantastic place! ✨The entire staff is patient, kind, and competent. Actually seem to genuinely like animals/their jobs.
Dr. Williams is very attentive. He listens, and is engaged when conversing with you about your pets health/care. Was very respectful and compassionate regarding my sunsetting cat, and engaging and proactive with my kitten’s development.
More of a side-note, but I also appreciate they don’t treat cats like an afterthought. Had images, products, and health information around the facility specific to cats, in addition to their great treatment of my cats.

Great first vet experience in Florida. Friendly staff. The doctor and vet tech (?) were great with Venti. They took their time and explained some things to help me best care for my dog. My dog seemed apprehensive but surprisingly calm.
Notes for those considering:
-You pay up front for the first exam. I didn’t mind.
-I could have done without the many appointment reminders. Texts are enough for me but there were texts, emails, and three phone calls during business hours. They left a voicemail about coming early and then called another day asking me to come early to complete paperwork but when I arrived early, I wasn’t asked to complete paperwork (I filled it out online). Probably just different staff not realizing the other had called.

We came to the clinic for the first time today with our beautiful Lulu our sweet Maltese, dr. Williams was exactly what every dog and owner needs!! He truly cares and has a beautiful tender way he treats his furry patient's. He was very interested in our concerns and we didn’t feel rushed at all. It was a very nice experience. Our Lulu usually is a nervous wreck when we have to go to the vet, but not this time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the girls at the reception desk so warm and happy, we immediately felt at ease, Therefore Lulu could feel our calm Energy. The office also has sections to wait so there’s not chaos with the other animals because they have their own space. Overall I am extremely happy we found this place.
