Best pet store in town and kind customer service! I've recently took the care of my senior dachshund who is 15 years old and I brought him in to the pet store to pick up a harness. Guillermo immediately approached Mickey and offered to cut his overgrown nails. Mickey usually doesn't like strangers but he was so receptive to him and cut them in a short few minutes. Mickey handled it like a champ. I came in a week later to get him wet food and they were very knowledgeable about the dog food and offered suggestions on diluting his current dry food with beef bone broth so that it's easy on his teeth. The staff really cares about your pet and it's great to support small local business so I'll be coming here from now on!

I used to go to pet co but there is no one to help you. I came to Rusty’s and the manger Guilimore was sooooo helpful. He tried different harness on my dog answered questions. This is my go to from now on!!!

I have been going here for at least 15 years. They accept me as walk in Everytime. Never have I been turned away. They do baths only, so I do take him once a month somewhere else for a haircut, but I love Rusty's . My baby is always excited and happy when we go there and when I pick him up. They take good care of him and get him super clean. They also give you the option of using your own shampoo and products. BONUS***katsu sushi next door and you might get to meet Sean Michael Murray or another celebrity at pick up. Lol

Fantastic pet supply shop. Helpful and friendly staff. Low prices and great selection - no wonder they've been in business for like 40 years.

Better prices than Petco and this seems like family run operation.
