The staff there took the time to explain every step of making sure I was comfortable and informed. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable . I will miss my little Edie this whole process was very hard and heartbreaking I appreciated their true compassion for me and Edie both

Dr was ugly to owner of the dog then he had to. X-ray dog. Dog had something wrong with it hip he didn't apologized but he was in wrong the way talked owner probably won't use him again bad manners for a professional

I paid 90$ for fake promises that the antibiotics would make my dog better, my little boy died the following morning…. I’d rather be hurt with the truth than comforted with lies. Nothing will bring my best friend back but I’d love my 90$ back that went towards medicine that I didn’t get to give him.?

Took my small 15lbs dog to get neutered and was told it was gonna be $190. Typically with any other vet they would send your pet home with a cone to keep from messing with the surgical area. They sent me home with no cone or pain meds for my poor boy. When I came back to get a cone for him they charged $10 extra for it. The staff was rude and acted like they couldn't care to help. If you care about your pet find someone else that actually cares about helping your pet.

Around 9 months ago I adopted a kitten, Hermione Grainger and took her up there to get cleaned up, they were great. Had to take her somewhere else to get fixed because they weren't on the list or would have brought her to them. Just got a new kitten, Ginny Weasley from someone, already spade and rabies shot but will be going up there Wednesday to get nails cut. Kitten nails hurt.
