My dogs love going here! My Doberman has severe kennel anxiety so he enjoys getting to spend time outside of his kennel playing with other dogs. We did have a medical emergency scare, and had the staff not known what to look for and reacted so quickly it could’ve ended very badly for him. I will never be able to thank them enough for rushing him to the vet that I happen to work for. I’m happy to say he’s doing well. Thank you Ruff’n It Pet Hotel for the great service, and always taking very good care of my 3 boys!

This was my first time taking my cats to Ruff'n It. This is a family owned business and the staff is so nice! When I took my cats in I wasn't sure how long I would be gone because my mom was being taken to a hospital out of town. I had to call every few days and extend their stay and they were so understanding. One of the staff members even sent me pictures which made my day!! The cats stay in comfortable kennels located in the kitchen/break room area of the business to keep them separated from the dogs. The area where the dogs stay is so cute and inviting with colorful doors to the kennels. They have a play area in the middle of the room for the dogs to get their energy out. When I picked up my cats they each had "report cards" for each day of their stay. I highly recommend Ruff'n It for your boarding needs! My cats will definitely visit again!!

Love this place!! We went for our meet and greet and my dog was shy like he normally would be. Afterwards he was wore out and tired from playing so much lol. When it came to our vacation date and time for him to board over night I was a little nervous but as soon as we got there the gals greeted him by name! He was sooo excited he left me and was ready to go hang with the girls after that I knew I didn't have to worry and was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my dog was taken care of and he was comfortable with them. When it was time to go home he even went up and said goodbye to the girls!

Also let's talk about smell. I've boarded at other places and it seems like my dog always comes home smelling horrible and I need to give him a bath immediately... at ruff'n it pet hotel he doesn't stink near as bad as other places! And his voice wasn't hoarse when he got home and he was there for 5 days!! The place before this had my dog's voice hoarse and he only stayed for 2 days!! I'm so glad these gals took care of him!! A 10/10 experience for sure!!!

This is the absolute best furbaby sitter and boarding. They have little private rooms with beds, you have a choice of the room with a camera or not. The facility and crew are wonderful. We definitely take our Maddie girl back.

Plus, you get a report card of their stay. Thankful for this place away from home.....

This is, without a doubt, one of the best pet boarding locations I've ever used. My dog is wildly shy, and I was nervous having to board her, but the staff was attentive to her every need. I started with a meet and greet play day, and she was naturally nervous. By the time I did the overnight boarding, she warmed up to both the staff and other dogs. This was entirely because of the care and attention they provided her. They went out of their way to help her adjust, and the cameras reveal just how wonderful they are to the pets they board. Every time I checked the app, a staff member was extremely attentive to the pets, accidents were cleaned up within minutes. At one point, I checked on her and saw a staff member sitting in a chair with nearly seven dogs piled in their lap. When I picked her up, they provided an adorable report card showing how she had acclimated to the environment and opened up. They took the time to discuss how she behaved down to each and every moment.

Absolutely wonderful and kind people, a wonderful business, affordable prices, meticulously clean, and people that adore the animals they care for. I cannot speak more highly of how kind, loving, and attentive the staff are and what a nice facility this is. My dog left happy, well cared for, and socialized. I've never trusted a business with my pups more than Ruff'n It.

This is the best place! We always use Ruff’n It. Wendy is wonderful with grooming our very fluffy dog. When we board our dogs here I love the fact that we get a link and can view them while playing! They each have their own room and bed as well. I definitely recommend them

I love that I can see my furkids on video in their room, outside play area and the inside play area anytimw their whole stay. The staff is super friendly and my furkids loved them. When I picked them up I got daily report cards on their activities. We will definitely be going here anytime I have to go somewhere they can't go with me.
