Jasthepetstylist is AWESOME!!! She pays close attention to detail, she's attentive to the needs of her clients, and she has a personality that's out of this world! Jasmine expresses her talents in the hair cuts, colors, and clothing that she styles her clients in. The various styling techniques that she has mastered, have been seen in family photos, walking down the street, and on television. The Love and Care she showers her clients with, stands out in the crowd. Jasmine has been grooming My Baby Boy Calypso 13 yrs old for 11 plus years and as long as my household has an extension to our family, she'll be a part of it. Love and Trust goes a long way!

Have had horrible experiences with groomers in the past but Jas was warm and inviting from the jump and my son came back just as happy as he left . Very satisfied with my service we will be coming back.

I googled this place on Friday, desperate to find a groomer. Ms Jazz was able to fit him in the next day! Her customer service, communication and attention to detail is exemplary at Royal Pawz. My first interaction was on the phone with the proprieter Ms Jazz. She was friendly and found time to support our urgent need for a waaay overdue grooming. We have anxiety taking Teddy to groomers because he has been banned from Petco and Pet Smart since he was 3 months old for his aggressive behavior. When we arrived, I was in awe that Teddy let Ms Jazz pick him up and walk around with him. I got home and thought about that like wow....he never lets anyone do that...he's an Alpha male dog. We brought a muzzle and Ms Jazz shared that she doesnt use them and even though he tried to bite, she worked with him. When we picked up Teddy, while talking to Ms Jazz, he went over to show her affection. My daughter and I were in awe. That let us know that she treated him with compassion in spite of his anxiety and the challenge of working with his mangled long hair. Last, but mot least, he looked amazing...best ever!!!We love Ms Jazz already. We will always take Teddy to Royal Pawz and Ms Jazz is his official groomer. 5 Stars all the way!

I brought my dog here and I absolutely LOVED it! She was so nice and has so much knowledge about my dogs skin and coat. My dog suffers from allergies. His skin was super red and itchy. When I went to pick him up all the redness was nearly gone and he was so happy there. We will definitely be back and worth every penny I spent. Thank you so much for helping me with my dog and letting me know things to do for him while he is home with me!

This was my 1st time taking my pit to a groomer, I normally do it myself !! I’m so grateful God lead me to this facility!! Very professional, informative, went over and beyond and gave my dog a flea treatment that I purchased!! Good energy and comfortable clean environment. I smell everything, the facility didn’t have an animal spell at all!!!! I’ll definitely be back and also will recommend!! Thanks for a great experience!

Customer service was horrible. Business states that it opens at 9am which was my scheduled appointment and owner was just cleaning. Mind you this was a first time visit. Upon arrival with my dog the owner had her 2 cats freely roaming the shop. While I was standing at the counter waiting to be serviced her black adult cat jumped up on the counter in my face and I screamed because one I was startled and two I’m afraid of cats. The owners response was calm down this is their domain, no ma’am I’m not going to calm down when your cat is in my face. There was also a second cat sitting in the window at the entryway. I had my dog leashed and she was walking around and it looked as if her cat was going to attack my dog. So I asked the owner would her cats attack my dog and her response was yes which was a huge red flag. My dog is my child so I’m going to make sure she is always in a safe environment especially being she has never been groomed at this location. This is a business so all customers are not going to want free roaming cats around their dogs especially when the owner tells you they will attack. On top of that prices are extremely high so at the least you expect professionalism at an all time high to say the least that’s not what I received. I also expect that my fur baby is going to be well taken care of. That is not the impression I received from the owner so I left and I definitely would not refer or recommend this business to any one. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. In response to your reply Im a God fearing woman let’s be clear about that. I’m never going to be rude or disrespectful to anyone. Secondly I screamed when your cat jumped on the counter in my face. Thirdly I’ve lived in south shore area my entire life and this is the first I’ve ever even heard of your salon if you have been there for 4 years. So don’t toot your own horn. Based on the timeline and reviews I see you and your attitude are the problem not the work. My review was based solely off your customer service. All the honest reviews that are saying your attitude and customer service sucks have received the same response from you. Maybe you need to humble yourself and do some self reflection because you have a very nasty demeanor about yourself. Then you responsd to customers and can barely spell or make sense of what your texting. A growing business is a successful business please know and understand that. If your customer service is running off potentially new customers that speaks a lot about you. At the end of the day God guided me and my fur baby away from you. I send many praises to him because you have a evil spirit and need to pray and ask God to remove it before you destroy the blessing that God gave you with your nasty attitude. I wish you much success and Pray God heals your negative spirit
