I recently changed veterinarians due to prior veterinarians poor service and lack of proper care. I asked my dermatological vet veterinarian, Dr. Ursula for a recommendation. She suggested Royal Palm. The veterinarians are simply outstanding. They are empathetic, caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to make the parent feel comfortable, and to make my dogs feel comfortable. Their knowledge of disease and illnesses is superior. The demeanor and disposition of everyone in this office is simply outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility. They are without a doubt the best! I have two Siberian huskies, and they understand how Huskies act, and are simply amazing at their diagnosis and their performance. Hats off to this facility!

An absolutely beautiful and super clean facility!
Front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the Dr.’s are fantastic!! They took great care of our mini schnauzer…you and your pets will love this place !
Can’t say enough great things about Dr McLaughlin .. She is just so compassionate, understanding and most of all so thorough, explaining everything! She is truly a gem !

RPVC is great! All of the staff I have encountered have been super friendly and helpful. Dr. Holgerson is caring and compassionate. She really gets to know her patients.

We went to this vet center as my dog and myself fell down a flight of stairs. My dog Penny was lifeless on the bottom and I tried to revive her with no success. We took her to Royal vet center and they worked on her for literally 2 minutes before they told us that she had no heartbeat and was gone when we gave her to them. They said that they tried CPR and gave her an Epi but it didn’t work. So all we were left with was our dead dog and a $492 bill which they said they discounted for us! This is absolute obscene the amount of money they charged us!! We just had to put our French bulldog down a year ago. The vet that we usually go to only charged us $135. So obviously this charge of $492 was ludicrous! I totally understand that they need to charge for the cremation and service but this kind of money is just taking advantage of heartbroken people!! I will never bring any animal to this place and hope others are saved by my review. Vets only care about the money and not the animals themselves.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Herejk, Dr. McLaughlin, and the entire staff at Royal Palm Veterinary Center. They are caring, compassionate, patient, and always go above and beyond for my fur babies. I would recommend this vet over and over again!
