My mother was recently at Royal Care for rehab. I can’t speak on other areas but her stay and recovery was a pleasant one. Everyone that she interacted with truly appeared to care about her recovery and the Director over rehab took the time to explain what we should expect during my mother’s time there. I recommend Royal Care to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

My aunt is in the facility. Everyone has been really good and accommodating. The nurses always answers our questions, the CNAs are attentive to her needs, and therapy has been excellent. I visit her daily and I see a big improvement. I would recommend to other family and friends.

During my stay at royal care I had just suffered from a stroke Everyone was so nice and respectful and treating me with a lot of care. If any of my other family members ended up having to go into a facility such as this. I would definitely recommend Royal care because they definitely Make you feel as if you are family.

Our family had a close friend that went there for rehabilitation, the team was excellent and very kind. All the nurses and CNA‘s were very attentive and caring. We really appreciate it. Thank you .

Employees are straight up thieves. Mother in law spent months here and never received any of the gift boxes we sent her outside of flowers. Deliveries includes pictures and signatures but nothing other than flowers made it past the front desk. When we sent flowers and chocolates they even took those and only put the flowers in her room. Management couldn’t care less when my wife called them.

my father went there for rehab. do not take yr family there please. my father lost 20 lbs and was severely dehydrated in just a couple weeks and ended up in the hosp with double pneumonia and severe dehydration.he became non responsive and they did nothing.we had to get a nurse to come see him and call a ambulance.he was having seizures and the staff did nothing . my dad was not allowed to walk even with a walker or staff. he was there for rehab.don't take yr loved ones there. I no longer have my dad.he went into that place talking, eating and drinking, came out in a ambulance and my dad passed within a week of leaving that place.

This place is a nightmare!!!!! My mother was put in this facility with a fractured pelvis because she thought it was a good one since her friend was there, less than a week after she arrived she came down with Covid because her roommate had it. I was also told that her oxygen was 92 and yet they will not do anything about it. I am two states away, taking care of another sick family member!
I have not been able to get a hold of any staff members whatsoever in over 24 hours. No one has called me back. My mother is stranded locked inside of a room. She is calling me saying that she has not eaten in two days… she also fell the night before. There is no walker in there for her only a wheelchair and no Mats. STAY clear of this facility. Legal Action is going to be taken immediately.
