Had a great experience taking my dog here a couple weeks ago. All of the staff were so kind, and the vet was very knowledgeable on options available to treat our aging dog to help her quality of life. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This the place we go!

I was going to leave it there but wholesome advice is not all they have... they including staff and vet are wonderful people who collect the most free and colorful pet rocks they offer to the members. Enjoy your own latex gloves when you go... to get hands on lessons for your pets self care needs... such as brush of teeth.

Amazing.. could use some more rose bushes in the old poop yard... for fragrance.. but hey there still just getting settled at there way better !!! Location ... down the road on 9th in East Alton.

Have fun .. and feel free to donate some landscaping plants and flowers ... and leave your own mark in the old poop garden to be.

I feel they knew I was in complete panic mode about my puppy and they took advantage of it. Bill was ridiculous. Never again will I take any animal of mine there.

The front desk and staff where wonderful to work with. And Dr. Rachel was extremely compassionate and understanding about my dogs anxiety.

Our lab was having a hard time trying to get up and walk. I called them and they got us in that day. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I was very impressed with how nice the facility is. Saban got lots of belly rubs and they got him medication. It was very affordable also.
